It was a solid hotel, definitely worth the price and really clean, just quite cramped if you’re big.
Pros:

It was very clean and the shower, the AC and all other ameneties worked well.

Cons:

It was really small for two people, especially the lack of space for the luggage.

Cons:

部屋が一階のフロント近くで、夜中の１時すぎまでずっと人が出入りする音がうるさくて全然寝れなかった。玄関の開け閉め、足音、キャリーケースのガラガラした音、自動ドアのデカい音、人の話し声、全部部屋の中まで届いた。ようやく静かになって寝れたと思ったら、明け方の５時すぎてまた人が出入りする音がうるさくてダメだった。

Don't go there unless you like vent noise all night
Pros:

At least it was clean.

Cons:

Tiniest room ever but ok for the price, the bed was a 1.5 person bed so too small for me and my partner to sleep comfortably. WORST thing was the bathroom vent that did not turn off at all. Went to talk to the receptionist who was helpless and didn't care about the problem. Slept with earplugs but it would not cover the noise of it. By far the worst place we stayed in in Japan.

Great connections to everywhere.
Pros:

Clean and simple, you get what you pay.

Cons:

It can get a bit noisy in the morning, we were facing the street and at 7am you already have a lot of movement.
