We had a perfect stay at The Chelsea Townhouse. The location is wonderful, the hotel is beautiful, and our room was beyond amazing.
I came to London to celebrate my birthday, and I was so happy to find a lovely welcome treat and a bottle of champagne waiting for me in the room. It was such a thoughtful surprise and made me feel very special.
I can honestly say it was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Thank you for that wonderful night’s sleep!
The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Thank you for making my birthday trip so memorable. I would be delighted to stay here again.

Great location and very spacious
Room didn’t function well - mirrors too high and difficult to use the tea making facilities as they were on top of a tall cupboard.
The location in Cadogan gardens.Absolutely fabulous. Its oldy wordly from the ourside
The bedroom itself was absolutely beautiful.
Had a lovely meal from room servuce list the masse and the cheese and crakers.
The shower / toilet area was very small.However the fixtutes were all high spec.
Lift particularly small.
The breakfast list was minimal compared to the room service list.
Given the price of this hotel managment could be a little kinder re biscuit allication in bedrooms, and the amount of tissues provided.
Be careful on arrival not to agree with the 5% extra discretionary fee for staying at this hotel you must remove this on arrival.
This is such a beautiful hotel. I had been there before but it is under new management and has been refurbished. It is a charming, quirky hotel. The location is fabulous and the staff are really friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Charming building. Room was spacious, beautifully furnished and the bed was so comfortable. Staff was helpful, attentive and friendly. A lovely boutique hotel. Would love to come back.

From the warm and helpful welcome, the accommodating staff, especially Christian in the welcoming team...and onward to the perfectly handsome, beautiful, exceptionally clean, sizeable and well.appointed room -- everything was perfect. Looking forward to our next stay! Highly recommend to everyone!

Felt like home. Excellent location, lovely neighbourhood. Garden. Warm and welcoming staff.
Even though booking.com said my rate was including taxes and charges, and that there would be no extra payment for my 14 year old, the final bill had £75 pounds added each night for an extra bed when my child didn’t even travel with us! That was easily rectified, but then came home and realised we had been charged taxes for each night as well. A bit disappointing after such a wonderful stay in a beautiful property.
Excellent service and positive attitude of staff! The gardens off our suite were gorgeous.

We stayed in a Chelsea King room which was very spacious with a lovely sitting area, coffee and tea making facilities, desk, and ample closet. The location is perfect, right next to Pavilion Road pedestrian area and very close to Sloane Square tube (when running - we had the misfortune to be in London during the recent tube strike). The decor of the hotel is very beautiful and the staff were lovely and very accommodating.
Although there is not an onsite restaurant, they serve food from the sister property around the corner in the lounge. And the location is in the middle of lovely restaurants, shops and bakeries so we were never without options.
The bathroom lacked space for toiletries for two people but was a decent size for the city and beautifully decorated.
