Pros:

The building and premises

Cons:

The room facilities (no kettle, no soap or shampoo in the shower, no ironing board, only one towel, broken phone, broken AC)
Breakfast was not worth waiting for. I had to get another one on the road.

À cause d’un problème de système, le réceptionniste a Donné la même clé de la chambre que j’occupe à un autre client qui est venu me surprendre dans ma chambre heureusement j’étais habillée et réveillée

Propreté de la suite, accueil, personnel, fruits de saison à la réception

Cons:

Hygiène de la piscine (présence de sachets de plastiques, feuilles d'arbres, etc.)
Détecteur de présence pour la toilette et salle de bain: très mauvaise idée. L'éclairage s'éteint en plein douche la nuit puis il faut faire plusieurs mouvement avant qu'il s'allume de nouveau.

Le confort de la chambre. Le personnel à la réception.

Cons:

Pour le petit-déjeuner et le diner, la carte annoncée était alléchante mais en fait presque rien n'était disponible. Ne mangeant pas de viande, j'ai eu le choix entre... une seule option. En outre, le serveur ne parlait ni français ni anglais, ce qui rendant toute communication difficile et longue. Finalement, le tout était excessivement lent, alors que nous étions trois en tout dans le restaurant.
