Last min booking as we were driving down to attend a relative funeral. Room is very comfortable.
Pros:

Room was changed to single king bed when requested and was available. Very happy with their easy and fast check in process.

One World Hotel in Malaysia
Pros:

Rooms are spacious Toilet is clean and beds are okay. Food is average. Location is great, connected to Utama mall, and MRT utama station.

Cons:

but carpet needs cleaning. We keep on sneezing because of the dirt on the carpet at the sides of the wall.Extensive vacuuming of carpet is needed. Food is average, only few selections unlike in other 5 star hotels.
