Bestätigung nutzlos, Service planlos – und trotzdem abkassiert!
Cons:

Wir reisten mit einer gültigen Online-Reservierungsbestätigung an und wurden an der Rezeption mit „Überbuchung wegen IT-Systemfehler“ abgefertigt. Kein proaktiver Hinweis im Vorfeld, keine echte Entschuldigung, nur ein halbherziger Verweis auf Technik. Man bot uns ein Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel an – wir haben dankend abgelehnt, denn Vertrauen war zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits verspielt.

Der eigentliche Skandal: Trotz Nicht-Übernachtung wurde der volle Buchungsbetrag abgebucht. Kundenerlebnis gleich null, Prozesskontrolle offenbar nicht vorhanden. Wer Reservierungen bestätigt, sollte sie auch einhalten – und wer eine Leistung nicht erbringt, sollte sie nicht berechnen. So geht man mit Gästen nicht um!

Oáza klidu a květin nad Funchalem
Pros:

Hotel je sice trochu vzdálený od centra, ale poloha je perfektní pro ty, kteří hledají klid a zeleň. Leží na kopci Monte nad Funchalem, na který je výhled z nádherných hotelových zahrad. V těsné blízkosti můžete rovnou navštívit turisticky známé tropické zahrady, poutní kostel anebo zkusit sjezd na dřevěných saních. V hotelu bylo čisto, pokoje velké s balkonem a pohodlnou postelí, jen zařízení je už trochu starší. Snídaně byla velmi dobrá, na Madeiru bych snad jen čekal trochu větší výběr čerstvé zeleniny a ovoce. A musím pochválit personál - na recepci, v restauraci a také úklid. Rád se k vám vrátím!

Cons:

Maličkosti - nabídka ovoce a zeleniny u snídaně, byl bych rád za delší provozní dobu bazénu (zavírá v 19 hodin, takže po výletu už většinou nemáte šanci jít plavat).

اقامة جميلة ومريحة واوصي به كثيرا وسأعود مرة اخرى بالتاكيد

2-جميع غرف الفندق مطلة على الحديقة والبحر
3-الفندق جميل جدا وتاريخي ويحتوي على حديقة كبيرة وجميلة جدا
4-الفطور متنوع ولذيذ وموظفي الفندق مبتسمين ويتعاملون بلطف
5-يقدم الفندق مشروب هدية من الكافيه الخاص بالفندق حسب اختيار الزبون
6-الغرفة واسعة والحمام كبير ويحتوي على شطاف وتحتوي الغرفة على بالكون جميل وبه اطلالة رائعة
7-يحتوي على بارك للسيارات مجاني

Idealer Ort mit altem Charme für Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage in Monte ist hervorragend. Man erreicht fußläufig sowohl den Botanischen Garten als auch die Teleferico-Seilbahn nach Funchal. Zusätzlich kann man den Korbschlittenfahrern zusehen. Wenn man mit dem Mietwagen anreist finden sich Parkplätze direkt an der Quinta. Die Bushaltestelle des 21er Bus ist ebenfalls fußläufig. Die Fahrt kostet pro Strecke/Person 2,10 €. Ein Taxi pro Strecke mind. 20 €. Die Seilbahn 16 € pro Strecke oder 22 € Return.

Cons:

Die Quinta ist natürlich schon in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht bei der Ausstattung natürlich nicht dem heutigen Standard. Das weiß man aber. Für uns daher das ideale Hotel für max. 2 Tage: Funchal und Gärten. Das Frühstück ist in einem sehr sterilen, grellen Raum und eher einfach. Aber auch hier, für einen Kurzaufenthalt vollkommen okay.
