10/10 would definitely recommend!
Pros:

Really luxury place yet cute and comfy. Best part was definitely the friendly and helpful stuff as well as the location of the hotel. It was in the city centre so all bars restaurants and beach was in walkable distance. Also the massage was amazing and really relaxed. The food at the restaurant was out of this world. Michelin star worthy, especially breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Cons:

I would say that the spa was quite small just knee deep pool with one sauna. For one friend group (like ours jus 4 girls) it was amazing but as soon as more people come there really wasn’t enough space.

Bardzo udany pobyt z obsługą gastro do poprawy
Pros:

Pobyt w hotelu wspominamy bardzo dobrze. Ogromnym atutem jest znakomita obsługa recepcji - szczególne podziękowania kierujemy do Pani Jolanty - oraz wyjątkowy personel strefy spa, zwłaszcza Pani Kristiny. Pokój był piękny, przestronny i bardzo komfortowy, a w całym hotelu panowała luksusowa, spokojna i jednocześnie nienachalna atmosfera.

Lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna, blisko najważniejszych miejsc w Połądze. Na plus zasługują również pyszne śniadania, bezpłatny parking oraz absolutnie oszałamiająca strefa spa. Masaże były rewelacyjne - nigdy wcześniej nie spotkałyśmy się z tak cudowną obsługą i tak relaksującym zabiegiem. Serdecznie dziękujemy również za przemiły prezent urodzinowy, który był dla nas bardzo miłą niespodzianką.

Niestety obsługa gastronomiczna zdecydowanie wymaga poprawy. Zarówno czas oczekiwania na przyjęcie zamówienia na drinka, jak i na rozliczenie rachunku w restauracji był zbyt długi. Podczas śniadania 31 lipca jedna z pracownic zapomniała o naszym zamówieniu, a dopiero po ponad 30 minutach wróciła z pytaniem, czy możemy zaczekać kolejne 15 minut. Długie oczekiwanie na obsługę, która kilkukrotnie pojawiała się z opóźnieniem, było zdecydowanie najsłabszym elementem naszego pobytu i pozostawiło niemiłe wrażenie.

Cała pozostała część pobytu była jednak naprawdę wspaniała i z przyjemnością wróciłybyśmy do tego hotelu. Mamy nadzieję, że organizacja pracy obsługi gastronomicznej zostanie poprawiona, ponieważ pod każdym innym względem jest to wyjątkowe miejsce.
