Cons:

Le non professionnalisme et la désinvolture malpolie voire insolente de deux jeunes filles réceptionnistes à notre arrivée puis durant le séjour.
Le pire étant l'arnaque du déclassement de la chambre de supérieure à standard (sous le toit), qui ne correspondait pas du tout à notre réservation Booking. Le prétexte étant l'hôtel est plein on ne peut pas faire mieux. Et lorsque nous avons failli partir et faire un message négatif sur Booking. La fille de la réception nous a trouvé comme par miracle, notre chambre supérieure.
C'est assez scandaleux. Ma femme et moi soupçonnons que les clients venant par une réservation Booking, sont dégradés. Nous avons d'ailleurs reçu un message informatique ultérieur de passer directement par leur service réservation.
