Midnight arrival unattended; delayed entry, no food or breakfast provided.
Pros:

Swimming pool was good.

Cons:

I had informed the hotel in advance that I would be arriving at midnight. However, upon reaching the property, there was no attendant available to assist me. After a prolonged wait and considerable difficulty, someone eventually opened the door and allowed me entry, albeit reluctantly.
Furthermore, there was no arrangement for food during the night, and even breakfast was not provided the following morning. The overall experience was highly inconvenient and disappointing.

Great Stay for any Family and Friends
Pros:

Rooms are very well designed and pool view is great. Food was tasty and service was also great.

Cons:

Room were not cleaned before checkin. So we had asked them to do the cleaning of the room after check-in.

Pros:

It was very bas experience for my family. Staffs are very arrogant and services were never been on time.

Cons:

Whole experience was bad.

They were never accepeted our request either for early checkin and late checout. We had 3 rooms bookes and we had small kids with us.
