I wish their staff be more friendly and wait times shorter.

Arbanasi is close to Veliko Tarnovo.

Cons:

The day we arrived the hotel was crowded. It took effort and time to order and the wait tine was long too in the restaurant of the hotel.

Personal does not speak English and not well trained either. Instead of trying to help for your demand if they do nit know English they turn their back and walk away. Happened two times.

Pros:

Wir wahren mit Motorrädern unterwegs und konnten in der Tiefgarage parken. Zimmer waren groß und hatten eine Klimaanlage. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut .

It was pleasant, everyone was very nice, and overall we had a very good time!
Pros:

Very calm and quiet, and staff were warm and friendly. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the AC worked, and they had left us tea and coffee packets near the kettle so we could boil and make drinks. We had breakfast included in our stay, which it was restocked constantly as people poured in, and we also had good coffee included.

Cons:

It smelled of cigarettes when we entered and we had to air out the room for a bit. The hooks for the drapes kept falling off, so we had to spend extra time adjusting them in order to avoid sealing early morning with sun blaring in our faces (the beds were positioned towards the windows). The buses Tarnovo-Arbanasi and Arbanasi-Tarnovo were very scarce during the weekend (one in the morning and around 1/2 in the evening), so we had to take a taxi (around 8-10€ one way).

- este situat Intr un sat mai retras, cu 5 restaurante și un supermarket
- liniștea
- curățenia
- locația pe un deal și piscina

O mică vacanță de neuitat. La Arbănași Bulgaria.
Pros:

Camera mare spațioasă ,baia mare cu tot ce trebuie totul funcționează perfect canale tv pentru toată lumea hotelul amplasat foarte bine, mâncare diversificată și foarte gustoasă..Hotelul mare spațios. Nota zece cu felicitări. Cu prima ocazie revenim cu mare drag. Recomand ,preț calitate la superlativ.

Nu ne-a plăcut că am stat puțin pentru așa condiții.
