Pros:

The room was nice but not as advertised

The beach and pool is nice

Cons:

There is nothing grand about this hotel it is nothing like photos suggest,the other 5* hotels in the area are much better.
They use fake photos from executive room to sell other rooms.The hotel is extremely narrow and very long meaning you can't walk through gardens, you have to walk a very very long way down an uninviting alleyway either side of the hotel to get from the carpark to the beach,the rooms and the restaurant or wait for a minibus.
They don't have a sauna or steam room but they say they do online.The gym equipment is very cheap.
Activities are non existent.
The restaurant is a disaster with tables crammed together,it has stupid steps and awkward pillers that are in your way and the furniture in the restaurant looks very tired.
Have to say I found this hotel very disappointing it has been very poorly designed and lacks a 5* feel.unlike the photos suggest

Traumhaft!
Pros:

Poolzugang war super! Unbedingt buchen, da der Hauptpool im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels eher klein ist.

Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt, am Strand sind sehr gute Restaurants.

Personal super freundlich!!!
Anlage einfach traumhaft, wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Sehr gutes Frühstück – auch mit etlichen asiatischen Gerichten
Direkter Poolzugang ist sehr komfortabel
Gepflegte Anlage
Bezaubernde Strandbar
Läden und Restaurants in der Umgebung

Cons:

Schlauchförmige Anlage mit teils langen Fußwegen
Zimmerservice kommt zu sehr unterschiedlichen Zeiten
Ein USB-Ladeport am Bett war defekt

מלון מושלם! ארוחת הבוקר מפנקת וטעימה מאוד
הנוף של המלון מסודר ומהמם
הבריכה כיפיית מאוד וקרובה לים כך שיש שקיעות מושלמות
בקיצור ממליצה בלב שלם

Cons:

היינו בחדר רחוק מאוד מהבריכה ובהליכה זה כמה דקות
אבל אם מתקשרים לקבלה הם שולחים טוק טוק

Great stay. Highly recommend!
Pros:

The Hotel had good amenities. Staff were friendly (especially at the pool bar). Room was very good value for money and had a nice design to it.

Cons:

Surf and Turf buffet was disappointing. The meat was quite chewy and it took a long time for the kitchen to refill. Swimming pool and pool bar need some extra cleaning. There are visible cobwebs and algae.

Ein paar Tage in Khao Lak
Pros:

Es handelt sich nicht um einen Riesenhotelkomplex, sondern mehrere Häuser, die rund um einen See angelegt sind. Sehr idyllisch.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Schöner Empfang und wohnungsloser Check-In. Der Pool war schön und die Liegen passend( nur die Polster rutschen immer weg)
Schöner Strandabschnitt. Frühstück angemessen.

Cons:

Zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt.
Preise für Transport zu hoch für Thailand.
Das zusätzliche Bett für das Kind war so hart wie ein Stein.

Lovely stay
Pros:

We loved our stay here. The swim up pool was dreamy! Beautifully kept hotel and right on stunning bangsak beach. There are a fair few restaurants within walking distance on the beach to eat at night. There are also a few little shops, Thai massage places and restaurants on the road too. The rooms are modern and lovely and even though the hotel is a chain it has a really Thai feel to it! The breakfast buffet is amazing!

Fantastisch!
Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war super. Wir haben es rundum genossen. Die Anlage, das Essen der Service und vorallem unser Zimmer war genial! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Cons:

Im Zimmer hat es leider kein Licht welches heller ist. Um zu schminken etc. War es teils fast zu dunkel. Ansonsten haben wir die Atmosphäre im Zimmer geliebt.
