اسوء اقامة كانت لي في فندق

يؤسفني أن أقول إن هذه كانت أسوأ تجربة مررت بها في فندق داخل دولة قطر.

المشكلة الرئيسية كانت في التكييف، فهو سيئ جدًا. ومع ارتفاع درجات الحرارة والرطوبة خارج الفندق، فمن المفترض أن يكون نظام التكييف في أفضل حالاته، لكن للأسف كان الجو داخل الجناح حارًا جدًا لدرجة أننا لم نستطع النوم براحة.

تواصلت مع موظفي الاستقبال عدة مرات، وفي كل مرة كانوا يرسلون فني الصيانة، ولكن دون أي فائدة. كل ما كان يفعله الفني هو تعديل درجة الحرارة من جهاز التحكم، وكأنني لا أعرف كيف أرفعها أو أخفضها بنفسي، بينما المشكلة الحقيقية لم تُحل إطلاقًا.

بدلًا من الاستمتاع بإجازتي وتغيير الأجواء، قضيت وقتي في الاتصال بالاستقبال وانتظار فني الصيانة ومتابعة المشكلة دون أي نتيجة.

وفي النهاية تم نقلنا إلى جناح آخر، لكن للأسف كان الجناح الجديد أكثر حرارة من الجناح السابق.

وفي آخر مرة تواصلت فيها مع موظف الاستقبال، أخبرني بكل بساطة: “هذا هو أداء أجهزة التكييف في الفندق، ولا أستطيع أن أفعل لك شيئًا.”

استغربت من هذا الرد وسألته: “هل يعقل أن يكون مستوى الخدمة بهذا السوء؟” فاكتفى بهز رأسه بما يفيد أن هذا هو الواقع.

طوال حياتي لم يسبق لي أن أقمت في فندق تمت معاملتي فيه بهذا الأسلوب، أو واجهت مستوى خدمة بهذا السوء. للأسف كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال، ولا أتمنى أن يمر أي نزيل آخر بما مررت به


I am sorry to say that this has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Qatar.

The main issue was the air conditioning, which was extremely poor. Considering the high temperatures and humidity outside, I expected the hotel’s air conditioning system to be performing at its best. Unfortunately, the suite was so hot that we were unable to sleep comfortably.

I contacted the reception several times, and each time they sent a maintenance technician. However, nothing was actually fixed. All the technician did was adjust the temperature on the thermostat, as if I didn’t already know how to do that myself. The real problem was never resolved.

ممتعه وإذا برجع لقطر إن شاءالله بنسبة 85 ٪؜ لنفس السكن إلا إذا حصلت منافس
Pros:

إطلالته على البحر ونظافة الغرف وتعامل الموظفين جميعاً وأخص الموظف محمد إسماعيل (على ما أذكر) يشتغل بصمت وهو يرتب الغرف وواضح عليه الأدب

ممكن المواقف تكون قليلة مع وجود مواقف إضافية لكنها غير مسفلته ولا مستويه
التأخر في الرد أحياناً ولا يلامون لكثرة النزلاء في وقت سكني فيها بالإضافة تزامن المباراة النهائية وقبل النهائية لكأس العالم 2026
