Worst case experience

Only beach access is good

Cons:

Check in waiting period was horrible , booked 2 rooms and one room was allocated by 4 30 pm and other one by 6 pm and we waited too long with kids and family . One room was in 14 th floor and other in 9 th which was too bad as we booked 2 rooms together . The amenities in the room was also not proper and worth as the bathtub was also under complaint in room 1407. Totally worst experience and need an explanation from your end as i need to escalate this !!!!!!!!

Disappointing
Pros:

None. AC are faulty. And we request 2 weeks or 1 weej ago for connecting room since we are family but when we transfer to another room we dont have our family too. Thats why we get one for us to bond at eid time.

Worst part

All. Property and swimming pool dirty and the beach are not that nice. Property are too old
