location
View from room 213, wall needs a mural to brighten the space up!
Vibrant and in the hub of St Helier
A bit noisy at weekends
The location and view were brilliant. Room was large and comfortable
One lift was out of order for duration of stay. Breakfast choice was lacking
Great location, staff were so friendly and helpful
Food was excellent
Ryan who was one of the main dining area waiters went above and beyond to make sure that my request for dinner was met, he personally spoke with the chef to ensure that my requirements where met.
Bookings to the spa area for treatments were limited
The Spa was very nice. Good air conditioning.
We found the bed very hard and pillows far to soft, so did not sleep that well
Staff were very friendly and my partner enjoyed the spa treatment. The number of bars and eateries were great.
Room was very small for the price.
Couldn't work the air conditioning. A maintenance guy came to look, he couldn't alter the temperature either and told us he would send someone else. No one came, therefore we had to just turn it off as it was making the room too cold.
Great Location , friendly staff, food is very good
Hotel felt tired and in need of some tlc. Extremely noisy at weekends till 2.00am (I asked to be moved higher up which worked ) .
The food, location and cleanliness were excellent but the Spa experience made it exceptional.
The cost for one night seemed high but in line with all the other hotels in St Helier centrally located.
Location
It was very central
It’s really busy on a Friday and Saturday nights and very noisy till about 1.30am.
