RAS
La qualité de la climatisation et leur restauration
Le prix quand même assez élevé par rapport aux services, mais bon…
The staff were helpful
Everything accept the staff
Really good quality and range of items. Would have liked pancakes
Sat night club noise until 2am
la situation
Pas de petit déjeuner le WE avant 8H alors que le petit déjeuner était payé !!!! pour une chambre au-dessus de 300€
L’emplacement le confort le spa
Views were excellent and although the area was noisy outside, the noise was kept out by the doors. The bars are great with a wide range of cocktails.
Great location
Clean rooms
Restaurants & spa facilities very good
Everything
The breakfast was good, however the service was poor with waiting times for coffee and toast was up to 20 minutes if it arrived at all!!
Even though we booked or stay in January we were allocated a disabled room which meant all facilities wrecked incredibly low and caused my wife back problems. Also despite the good weather you could not sit on the balcony due the seats being filthy and the table was absolutely covered in bird faeces. Not nice.
Location was great 6 mins from the ferry port and parking.
The room was located on the second floor of the modern side of the hotel on Saturday the nightclub is open and you can hear the music up to 2am. We were not informed of this when we checked in, if we were i would of asked to be moved.
The hotel is dated and not very clean. They are charging premium prices for a very mediocre hotel
Cost
Great location. Spa is excellent
Scuff marks in walls. Some of the furniture was lightly managed and a bit tired.
