The lake
Pros:

The location near to Bardolino. Cycling into the local towns along the lake. The pool, the breakfast and very helpful staff

Cons:

The room safe was broken but the staff gave me a pass key

Pros:

Schönes Hotel, tolle Lage, top Aussenbereich, Frühstück ausreichend und gut

Cons:

Hinweis zu den Erdgeschosszimmern. Es ist im Foyer der Rezeption sehr laut, das sich leider auf die Zimmer zu 100% überträgt. Bis 1 Uhr früh und ab 7 Uhr Stimmen und Fernseher sehr laut. Bei den hinteren Zimmern bei den Abstellräumen wurde auch nicht Rücksicht genommen auf schlafende Personen, da war es teilweise vom Personal ab 6 Uhr Früh sehr laut. Diese Zimmer würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Great hotel, friendly staff. Lovely self service breakfast. Loved that you could lend bikes, we had a lovely cycle into town. Nice restaurant's walking distance from the hotel.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub in Bardolino
Pros:

Wir haben, auf Empfehlung von Freunden, ganz kurzfristig für drei Nächte das Hotel San Marco gebucht.
Das Hotel liegt zwischen Lazise und Bardolino.
Beide Orte kann man fußläufig (ca. 20-25 Minuten nach Bardolino, ca. 30-35 min nach Lazise) oder mit den kostenlosen Hotel-Leihfahrrädern "italienische Art" :o) gut erreichen (kein E-Bike).
Wir haben uns für die Fahrräder entschieden.
Unser Doppelzimmer mit Balkon war modern eingerichtet und wurde auch immer sauber gehalten (1x täglich Zimmerservice). Es hatte auch einen traumhaften Ausblick auf den Gardasee.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war super (Kaffee-Automat, Säfte, Wurst, Käse, Lachs, Obst, Gemüse, Brot, Semmel, Kuchen, ...)
Am Pool sind ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden und an der Bar kann man sich Getränke und Snacks bestellen.
Wir werden wieder kommen - hoffentlich bald ;o))

Good base for exploring lake Garda

In 1 woord top hotel
Pros:

Super vriendelijke personeel. Fijne locatie en vanaf het terras en zwembad zicht op het Garda Meer. Hotelkamer was super en elke dag netjes opgemaakt en schone handdoeken. Het ontbijt was top en wat ook fijn was dat je gratis gebruik kon maken van leenfietsen en binnen 10 minuutjes in het centrum van Bardolino bent. Parkeren kon je bij het hotel met voldoende parkeerplaatsen.
In 1 woord top hotel!

War in Ordnung aber würden es nächste mal auf jeden ein anderes Hotel uns aussuchen

Hatten mit seitlichen Meerblick gebucht und nicht bekommen, die 1. Hälfte des Urlaubes waren wir in einem Zimmer mit Blick auf dem Parkplatz, nach der Hälfte des Urlaubes haben wir dann ein Zimmer mit vollen Meerblick bekommen, jedoch war das alles mit sehr langen Wartezeiten verbunden. Zudem mussten wir am Ende des Aufenthaltes 18,00€ Kurtaxe nachzahlen.
