Overall, a nice hotel with modern facilities, but some attention to customer service and in-room amenities would enh
Pros:

The hotel was clean, modern and contemporary, with fresh bedding and towels. I also enjoyed having a balcony overlooking the swimming pool at the back, which made the room feel pleasant and relaxing. Overall, the room itself was well presented and comfortable.

Cons:

I didn’t feel the hotel offered the best value for money, as I would have expected tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. I also requested an iron, but although I was told one would be brought to my room, it never arrived. As there was no telephone in the room, I had to use my mobile to contact reception. Communication was a little difficult due to the language barrier, and my follow-up email wasn’t answered.

Direkt am See, schöner Pool, gutes Frühstück, nette Bar am Abend, da es zwischen Lazise und Bardolino liegt, war es ruhiger als im Zentrum

Cons:

Shampoo wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Das Badezimmer und Balkon wurden nicht gereinigt.

Great location between Lazise and Bardolino. Both in easy reach using the free bikes offered by hotel. Room spacious and hotel very well maintained. Staff attentive and friendly.
