The location was good. The breakfast was ok. The staff was very helpful.
The bed was not comfortable. The room never cooled off even with the ac set on 65°. It was disappointing for a facility not yet a year old. Also, the usb ports and some of the outlets were not working correctly. I overpaid for the room.
Missing shampoo, lights on window side night stand did not work, light at desk didn't work
It was very clean ✨🤩 the nightshift front desk person went above and beyond when we checked in. The most important, she treated my kids like family. She is amazing! We stayed Monday night.
I like the room was spacious and the complementary breakfast wasn't bad
The room walls are very thin. I could hear everything outside the room, especially the cars passing by entertaining the interstate. The rooms are nice, but overpriced to me.

The tv wouldn’t work it would come on but nothing else we changed remotes 2/3 times and it still wouldn’t work

We reserved adjoining rooms and when we got there was told we had a room on 4th floor and one on 1st floor. The front desk lady said there were no adjoining rooms in this hotel. We got to our room (411)and immediately saw that there was an adjoining room (room 413) and we heard people in the room. We booked the adjoining due to having grandchildren ages 14,14, and 10 with us. Luckily their parents decided to go and I had already called and add one more room a couple of days earlier. Both rooms ended up beingon 1st floor but were not adjoining. I felt like the staff member that checked us in was either very very unknowledgeable about the facility or had already rented out our adjoining room. Anyway, the adjoining room folks got up before 4 am with their lights shining under our door and very loud plumber sounds probably from the shower!!! We felt very much like we did not receive what we paid for. Then after leaving on Sunday I received a voice mail from a man saying that out checkout time was suppose to be at 11 but there was still some of our items left in room 103 at 12:30. We left the hotel at 11 and did not stay in room 103🤔.
Convenient location to rest before the trek to gulf shores. Nice breakfast options!
Fire alarm went off 3 times through. One of which was 430am so that was not fun but hopefully they got that issue solved.
