I booked online

Cons:

When I got to the property the front desk representative states were booked up , and told me someone is in the room that didn’t book but he couldn’t asst me and would need to speak with the manager about the individual that was in the room that was supposed to be available.

Perfect spot to break up a drive to the beach.
Pros:

Easy access to the highway. Close options for food & gas. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Plenty of well lit parking.

I think it would have been a good stay if the room mixup had not happend.

I liked the price and the room was pretty clean.

Cons:

We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor. When we arrived at the room the room had not been cleaned yet. We went to the front desk and was re-assigned a room on the 4th floor that was right next to a very noisy ice machine.
I did not like the breakfast offerings. The eggs and the sausage were not really real food. I think it was powdered egg mix and the sausage did not taste like real sausage. I would recommend sticking to the real food like the bread, cereal, yogurt and fruit.

Felt safe and welcomed.
Pros:

Staff was helpful and friendly. COMPLIMENTARY DINNER was nice and UNEXPECTED! The salad, pasta, and garlic bread was pretty good. Hubby didn't complain about breakfast. Said the waffle set up with uncomplicated and waffles were delicious! Looked and felt clean. Liked it so much, I just booked a stay for my son.

LOVED that no pets were allowed! Need more hotels like this!

Cons:

Having no closets was not a big deal. But, no hangers kind of threw me off. A few times we've packed our own, but thinking those were standard hotel items, we didn't this time. Wish there was a heads-up on that, I/we would have brought our own hangers because it had about 4 small rods by the tv to hang stuff on.

Noisy fan wouldn’t shut off-kept me awake
Pros:

Room was nice, but heat/cool unit was controlled by a thermostat on the wall which would not shut off the fan, even in the off position. It was hard to get to sleep with the fan noise, and it woke me up twice during the night.Had to drive all day the next day after missing a lot of sleep.
