Cons:

Lack of stuff engagement. Everyone worked “by the book”, lack of knowledge & emphaty. When a critical situation appear noone knows how to react and there are no procedures in place to solve the issue.

Pros:

C’était incroyable ! Restaurant incroyable, activités dans l’hôtel superbe, salle de jeux parfaite, chambre splendide et surtout le Parc nickelodeon !.

Cons:

Pour vraiment chercher la petite bête je dirais un manque d’affichage pour savoir où est le restaurant et le parc ect par ce que les deux premiers jours on faisais un détour énorme pour aller dans le parc alors que une entrée étais à 20m de la réception, attention en dessous de 1m10 votre enfant ne fait pas grand chose il faut faire au minium 1m30 pour tout faire

القيمة مقابل المال سيء جدا لان غير شامل كليا رغم سعر الغرف المرتفع جدا جدا حتى الشخصيات الكارتونية اصبحت الزام دفع بمبالغ لغرض التقاط الصورمعهم فقط وعند الذهاب الى الثيم بارك الزام دفع مبالغ للمشروبات في الكافيهات وبوفيه الاكل اليومي سيء وغير متنوع والطاقم الذي يقوم بتوزيع الطعام بخيل جدا جدا جدا وهذا لايليق بالسعر المرتفع للغرفة ولابفندق خمس نجوم وتابع لارض الاساطير

Это прекраснейший отель, способный удивить взрослых даже больше, чем детей. Невероятный персонал, где абсолютно каждый сотрудник готов вам помочь. Наш номер был заранее свободен и они предоставили нам раннее заселение, за что отдельное огромное спасибо. Каждый день на шведском столе появлялись новые разнообразные блюда, всегда есть что-то для малышей. В номере много места чтобы разместить Коляску и чемоданы, просторный санузел. Даже сам номер невероятно крутой

Cons:

Время работы тренажерного зала и бассейна на территории отеля. Люди с маленькими детьми встают в 6-7 утра. Приходится ходить до 10 утра внутри отеля и ждать открытия этих зон, либо открытия парка
