Salmonella food poisoning from this hotel - be careful

Cons:

Unfortunately have came home with severe salmonella food poisoning from this hotel as it started when out there and have been down a+e after becoming severely poorly from this - I am still not well with it 2 weeks onwards.
Sad to say this as I had such high expectations from this place. I hope this makes a change in looking closer into hygiene and into the cooking sides of things to ensure no one else suffers as I have.

Os temas, a decoração dos quartos, a animação, a comida era boa e fresca e com muita variedade. Os quartos espaçosos, camas confortáveis. O staff super simpático e atencioso. O parque Land of Legends com muitas atividades para as crianças e adultos. O show dos golfinhos foi memorável com animação excepcional. Parabéns para toda a equipa de animação. Adoramos a experiência e recomendamos.

Cons:

O facto de não haver snacks nos bares do hotel. So bebidas incluídas fora das horas das refeições.
O preço por hora no kids club para babysitting é muito elevado. O spa é muito caro.

Pros:

Everything was perfect - a dream come true for any child. The hotel is brand new and beautifully designed with themed rooms and character appearances for children.

Lots of activities at the kids club including face painting, pottery and dance parties. The arcade onsite is free to use. They also have daily meet and greets with the Nickelodeon characters in the lobby.

Unlimited access to the land of legends was amazing to have. The hotel has a direct entrance into the paw patrol part of the theme park which was a bonus. Also, there is direct access to the shopping avenue.

The heated outdoor pools and the water slides were a great feature especially when travelling with little children.

The quality and variety of food and desserts was excellent. We loved the sweets buffet at the entrance and the caramel iced coffee is a must try!!

Cons:

- We had to pay an extra €60 just to guarantee a paw patrol themed room. The hotel should be able to reserve a room instead of incurring extra costs.

- There are only 3 lifts in the entire hotel which meant a lot of time was spent waiting.
