Pros:

It is a hotel designed for children, with direct access to The Land of Legends theme park. However, I would not consider it a luxury or true five-star hotel. The staff were generally very friendly, especially the Filipino staff, who were exceptionally warm, helpful, and wonderful with children.

Cons:

The reception and guest relations teams were polite, but the service felt reactive rather than proactive. They usually answered exactly what was asked, but rarely offered additional suggestions, guidance, or assistance to make the stay easier or more enjoyable. At a family resort, I would expect guest relations to take more initiative in helping families plan and get the most out of their holiday.

The rooms were also not very comfortable, particularly the beds and bathrooms, and overall the room quality did not feel consistent with a five-star hotel.
