Happy to find this hotel after a hotel search odyssey
Pros:

Hotel located close to the train station (2-minute walk).
Pleasant lobby and roof terrace with a nice round view of the city and to the Nile and the end of the Nubian Island.
Good breakfast and breakfast bag when going on the trip early in the morning.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Very good service for cleaning and additional toilet paper or emptying the bin; dial 0 for reception and immediate response. Welcome water, coke and cookies.
I must say we had been happy to find this hotel after we left the first booked place, which was a security issue, and a nearby hotel was not acceptable as well.

Cons:

Apartment looks nice, however, 3 small things to make a 10 rating, the fridge is only partially opening and blocked by the bed. The mattresses are ripped and only seen when the bed sheet is loose. Also, at least the double bed, 2 mattresses were put together with a board between them. There is room to improve despite the mattress being comfortable to sleep on. If the fridge were on and the welcome beverage were cold, it would have been seventh heaven

Pros:

We liked the fact a hotel driver picked us up at Aswan Airport and brought us to the hotel... at 2am. Beds were comfortable, shower was great, but the hotel rooftop breakfast was really great.

가성비 좋고 서비스 훌륭한 호텔입니다
Pros:

새벽에 도착하고 새벽에 체크아웃했는데 늦은 시간임에도 매우 친절했습니다 아부심벨에 갈때 사전에 요청하지 않았음에도 먼저 밀박스를 챙겨주셔서 너무 좋았습니다
호텔이 리모델링 했다고 들었는대 룸도 깔끔했어요
루프탑에서 나일강을 보며 먹는 조식도 너무 좋았습니다

침구가 조금 낡은 느낌이 있어서 교체되면 좋겠습니다
