Mr. Kiran valli who was all in one - receptionist, room boy, plumber, cashier, waite

Locality was good

Cons:

No lift
No wash basin in room no 205
Space not sufficient for 4 adulta

Owner has to recruit more staff not given all responsibility to a single person

Third grade cheap hotel with indecent staff
Pros:

Paid food is good but complimentary breakfast is worst

Cons:

Worst hotel.no cleaning properly and gutkha stains on walls of toilets.
Arrogant behaviour of staff.
3rd grade hotel and not suitable for family.
PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS HOTEL AND YOU WILL REGRET FOR SURE.

Restaurant food is good

Cons:

Toilets are bad. Water heater not working. No lift. Staff helped in bringing luggage to 2nd floor. But for coming down, no one helped and we brought suitcases on our own. Only Poha for complimentary breakfast

Cons:

No staff towels was very bad no television just to sleep at night it was ok but no facility I think there was no staff. For getting an additional Chadar and to get towels we need to go down and collect which was really surprising for us

Pros:

There is nothing available to be liked

Cons:

On reaching on the hotel they demand 400 % charges and informed us that all the room has been booked. Even though I have shown them the confirmation mail and code, they denied check in without high price. This is totally unacceptable and unethical. Please take action.
