Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

Struttura molto bella situata in un palazzo storico. Comodissima la possibilità di usufruire (dietro pagamento di un costo che ci è sembrato molto conveniente) del posteggio pubblico a pochissimi minuti a piedi dall’hotel. Camera molto grande e pulita (un po’ piccolo il bagno). Abbiamo usato anche la SPA dell’hotel ed è davvero bella. Poca ricca la colazione, ma nel complesso va bene

Very happy with our stay overall. Great place, great staff and great location.
Pros:

Matteo and the staff were wonderful! The building is beautiful and it's in a great place to explore Ragusa and the surrounds. The breakfast was especially nice.

Un séjour exceptionnel à Ragusa
Pros:

L’hôtel est dans le centre ville, près des marches qui vous permettront d’aller à Ragusa (partie basse de la ville). J’ai été très bien accueillie par Matteo, dont la sympathie, la gentillesse, la prévenance et le professionnalisme l’honorent. Il m’a expliqué que faire en ville, il m’a fait visiter l’hôtel et a exposé son fonctionnement (piscine, petit-déjeuner…). La bonne surprise après une éprouvante visite : j’ai été surclassée ! J’ai pu bénéficier d’une chambre bien plus grande et mieux équipée que celle réservée. Venons-en à la chambre : tout est fait pour votre confort. La literie et les oreillers sont très confortables et les produits Bulgari, ainsi que les petites attentions laissées au soin du client (brosses à dents, etc) sont fort appréciables. J’ai pu bénéficier de la piscine-spa, moyennant finances. Ce fut un vrai régal car celle-ci est privatisée. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est bien garni.
Bref, je recommande et remercie encore une fois Matteo, qui est une vraie valeur ajoutée à cet hôtel !

A beautiful hotel, great staff and good location!
Pros:

We have loved our stay in this beautiful hotel! It is a gorgeous former palazzo with high ceilings and frescoes, but decorated with new furniture so it doesn’t have the stuffy smelly decor other places have. The room smelled incredible, it was huge, beautifully decorated and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in! All the toiletries were Bulgary, (BVULGARY), so amazing quality. I have used the spa and had it all to myself.
But most importantly, the staff were great. When we arrived, we have received a free upgrade and then we have received great recommendations for places to eat. We have tried them all and they were truly amazing!
We have loved beautiful Ragusa, its generous, kind people and this fabulous hotel!

There is nothing we didn’t like!

Hotel banal cu servicii proaste
Cons:

Un hotel absolut banal care se vrea de lux. Personalul de la receptie a evitat orice discutie motivand ca nu stie engleza.
In apartamenul 21 in care am fost cazati, scurgerea de la cada nu a functionat tot sejurul, apa se scurgea la ore bune dupa folosire. Desi am atentionat personalul de la receptie de multiple ori, nu au facut nimic, desi ne-au asigurat ca vor lucra cat timp suntem plecati.
Camere foarte intunecoase.
Mic dejun, desi bun calitativ, foarte putin variat si portii foarte mici care se terminau imediat. In una din zile am solicitat sa ni se aduca oua fierte, care ne-au fost aduse crude, fara a putea fi mancate. In alta zi, la aceeasi solicitare de a aduce oua fierte, ni s-a refuzat pur si simplu solicitarea.

Peaceful and lovely
Pros:

Friendly staff lovely property clean and charming. Breakfast good best thing was the rikotta. A couple of blocks from the bus stop. If you like cathedral and churches it’s nice but not much to do otherwise. Ghost town in June

Had to go thru the courtyard to go outside of hotel which wasn’t good when it rained one day but the receptionist did come with an umbrella to help us they however our feet were soaked
