Great experience to stay here and highly recommended
Pros:

It’s beautiful with decoration and a lovely balcony, located in the center of Hà Nội. Excellent customer service and nice restaurant. The coffee in the restaurant is perfect. We had a great time to stay here. Our room was in the level 3 with lake view. It’s not too noisy but the hotel also prepared air plugs for us just in case.

Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. We loved the Pho and and the Vietnamese coffee. Customer service was also excellent and the staff went to great efforts during our stay.

Hotel mit Top-Service
Pros:

Winziges, verstecktes Hotel an Top-Lage mit aussergewöhnlichem Concierge.
Herr Thor war überaus nett und hilfsbereit, und hat uns bei den Tourbuchungen für Halong und mehr sehr geholfen!
Die Aussicht vom kleinen Restaurant auf den Hoan Kiem-See ist top.

Cons:

Der Eingang führt über einen Mini Supermarkt. Es hat daher auch keine grosse Lobby.
Am See waren viele Veranstaltungen, daher war es sehr verstopft.

Super hotel and fantastic staff, highly recommended (I will personally make sure to return should I visit Hà Nội again!)
Pros:

The setup is fantastic. The staff are very hospitable, extremely helpful and constantly making sure that you are comfortable during your stay (special shout to Thor and Louis here, genuinely dedicated to the hotel and its guests). Room 402 is a gem with the view, bath tub, high ceilings,….

Cons:

Hard to pick anything wrong but if there was one thing it would be to re-do the bathroom (new grout maybe).

The view from the top, the warm greeting of the staff and welcome drinks and fruit. Our room with a great view over the lake. The helpfulness of the staff when plans changed. The character of the building and our room.

Pros:

Alt var perfekt. Beliggenheden, værelset med balkon og udsigt over søen. Rengøring og morgenmad var i top og personalet var utrolig venlige og hjælpsomme
Vi kan varmt anbefale La Belle Maison.

Cons:

En lidt mere fleksibel form for bestilling, af morgenmad ville være rart.

Great experience in a beautiful boutique hotel
Pros:

I really loved the interiors of this boutique hotel. The team is extremely helpful, polite and accommodating. The location is walking-distance to most places that tourists would want to see. I loved the balcony. The breakfast is great quality. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Cons:

It's a personal preference, but I would have liked a less firm mattress. I also found the breakfast pho to be a little salty. The beddings were excellent though. There's also a high likelihood for you to hear some street noise, but nothing intolerable.

100年以上前のハノイにタイムスリップできる空間
Pros:

スタッフの方の気配りホスピタリティが最高でした。100年以上の歴史ある建物ですが、手入れが行き届いていて気持ちよく過ごすことができました。インテリアや花瓶に生けられた生花も素敵でした。また、大きなバスタブで旅の疲れが癒されました。立地は抜群ですが、なかなか目につかない場所にあります。隠れ家的なホテル、朝食もおいしかった！また訪れたいです！
