Une très jolie adresse à la décoration soignée idealement située dans Hanoï
Pros:

Le décor de la chambre a beaucoup de charme.
Excellent petit déjeuner copieux avec une vue imprenable sur le lac.
Personnel extrêmement diligent. Thor nous a aidé dans toutes nos démarches pour les transports et taxis avec grande application.

L’hôtel est magnifique, et l’équipe est au petit soin. C’était un réel plaisir de séjourner durant nos 3 jours à Hanoï.

Es geht nicht besser!
Pros:

Wir hatten drei tolle Nächte im la Belle Maison. Die Lage ist spitze, um in das Stadtleben einzutauchen. Ja es ist etwas lauter, aber das ist eben Vietnam und wir haben trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen.
Das Frühstück wird von einer sehr netten Lady serviert und schmeckt super. Am Tag vorher wählt man aus vier Optionen aus.
Unsere Wäsche haben wir morgens abgegeben und haben sie am Abend wieder sauber zurück bekommen.
Thor hat unseren Aufenthalt ausgesprochen zuverlässig begleitet, hatte viele Tips und war stets gut gelaunt und hilfsbereit. Er war aufrichtig höflich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke für diesen schönen Urlaub im geschäftigen Hanoi!

今まで泊まったホテルの中で1番☝️大満足❣️
Pros:

全てが最高でした❣️清潔だし、スタッフの方はみんな笑顔で親切で、気が利いて、次もまたここに泊まりたいです❣️

Cons:

シャワーのお湯の温度が、低かったのでもう少し温かくなるといいなと思ったけど、他が良過ぎて、それ程気になりませんでした。

BEST HOTEL EVER!
Pros:

一見ホテルに見えませんが、サークルKの中にある階段を上がるとホテルの受付があります。お部屋も可愛らしく、24時間出入りできる屋上からはホアンキエム湖が一望できます。1階のサークルKで買ったものを屋上に持ち込めます。朝食は前日の夜までに4種類のメニューから選択し、時間に合わせて調理してくれます。味付けはレストランと遜色なく美味しかったです。ランドリーサービスや空港送迎サービスも利用させていただきました。何よりスタッフが素晴らしく、フレンドリーで気遣ってくれます。英語が苦手なスタッフもいますが、対応は誠実で好感が持てます。また宿泊したいホテルです。

I would recommend everybody to stay at La Belle Maison. I would for sure if I make it back to Hanoi.
Pros:

Just about everything. First of all excellent service from the team. They were incredible nice and super helpful. Besides that La Belle Maison is placed in the heart of the old quarter and convenient for most things and with a great view of Hoan Kiem Lake. The fact that there is just 6 rooms and that it is upstairs from Cirkel K makes it super cosy and quirky - in the very best way.

Scelta eccellente!
Pros:

Siamo stati benissimo. L’hotel si trova al piano superiore di un market, ed è super affascinante nonchè stra comodo! La comunicazione è eccellente, subito fin dall’Italia e poi sino all’ultimo giorno del soggiorno. I ragazzi sono disponibili e sempre presenti, la colazione molto buona e varia, la posizione è eccellente.
Grazie ancora a Thor, Louis e Loki per essersi presi cura di noi in modo super impeccabile e per aver risolto qualsiasi “problema” abbiamo avuto.
Lo consiglieremo assolutamente!!

Our wonderful 3 night stay at La Belle Maison made our holiday in Hanoi perfect! Located right on the lake in the Old Quarter, walkable distance from many of the sights and wonderful restaurants, cafes. The room, breakfast, exemplary service from all staff especially Thor and Louis, was above and beyond. It really is a super, small boutique hotel, quirkily set above a little shop in a beautiful historic building. We enjoyed the small stair climb to breakfast a couple of floors up to a fantastic view, there is no lift. We just loved it!

Cons:

Nothing at all
It probably isn’t suitable for those with mobility issues

A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi with the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet.
Pros:

Beautiful and very well maintained building at the northern end of Sword Lake, a perfect base to explore Hanoi. Thor and the staff were exceptional, very knowledgeable and willing to help at all times. Plus, the Circle K downstairs was a great bonus, very easy to get any supplies, snacks etc!
