La Belle Maison

I loved this property, the furnishings were excellent and the location was perfect.
The best thing about it was the staff, especially Thor. They could not have been more accommodating. We got a free upgrade because it was my birthday and on my actual birthday they got me a cake. Thor even arranged for us to get freshened up in a sister hotel following our check out.
I can not recommend this place enough and when I come back to Hanoi I will be staying here again,

The staff (Thor and Louis) were beyond accommodating and made me and my spouse feel so welcome. Amazing communication and above and beyond service. We loved that they were able to reach out to our tour guide to make sure all of our pickups went smoothly. I cant recommend this location enough.

Beautiful, spacious and elegant classically designed rooms. If on the lake side of the building, the views are amazing and location couldn’t be better to explore the old town and watch the world go by underneath. Very friendly staff and excellent, generous breakfast with even better views from the restaurant.

This is an amazing find. If you can book it do. It is a small boutique hotel where the staff are super friendly and helpful especially Mr Thor. We had an amazing room with a free standing bath and a balcony overlooking the lake. Large room with lovely wooden furniture and details. Great air con. Breakfast was served on the 6th floor with views across the lake and was huge!

The hotel's a very cozy boutique place with only 6 rooms total, but they have lovely rooms with a nice porch and a rooftop area to relax while you watch the traffic go by around Old Quarter. It's also located above a Circle K, which may or may not be a plus for some, but the novelty was nice for us.

More importantly, the hospitality from the staff members were warm and friendly - coupling this with the boutique nature of the property made it much more interpersonal, and I'd really recommend to choose this place if it's available! I'd definitely be back here on my next trip to Hanoi :-)

The view, the small and cozy vibe

The staff were so friendly and helpful, giving us lots of recommendations on things to see and places to eat. They also helped us book several tours and stored our bags for us after we had checked out. The location of the property was perfect, right in the middle of the old quarter, with a view of Hoan Kiem lake.

C’est déjà la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel, preuve que nous avions été totalement séduits lors de notre première visite !

L’emplacement est parfait, tout peut se faire à pied, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Le personnel est tout simplement exceptionnel : une mention particulière à Thor, le manager, ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe et à la dame du petit-déjeuner, tous d’une gentillesse remarquable. Ils se plient en quatre pour répondre à toutes nos demandes et nous aider à organiser nos activités.

Le confort de la chambre est exceptionnel, avec en plus une très belle vue.

Sehr gute Lage direkt am See und mitten in der Altstadt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Thor am Empfang, er war äußerst hilfsbereit und hat maßgeblich dazu beigetragen, dass unser Aufenthalt so angenehm war. Der Service insgesamt war außergewöhnlich gut.

Das Hotel befindet sich über einem kleinen Supermarkt. Das wirkte zunächst etwas ungewöhnlich, erwies sich aber als sehr praktisch.

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – absolut empfehlenswert!

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly - from laundry service to even offering to give me some suntan lotion as I had forgotten mine!

Building is really nice and the room with the terrace was beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and it was huge.

It is located, oddly, on top of a Circle K, which comes very in handy.

Tout d'abord, le personnel de l'hôtel est exceptionnel. Thor et son équipe ont toujours été présents et très attentifs lors de mon séjour. Ils m'ont donné beaucoup de conseils, et recommandé de très belles visites et de délicieux restaurants. On se sent très bien accompagné.e.s.
Par ailleurs, la chambre était superbe : équipée d'un mobilier à la fois traditionnel et moderne, spacieuse, bien climatisée, avec un balcon offrant une magnifique vue sur le lac Hoan Kiem. La propreté était impeccable.
Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux, avec la possibilité de choisir entre plusieurs options, végétarienne, continentale healthy et vietnamienne, et une vue superbe sur le lac là encore. Le rooftop vaut également la peine pour son panorama unique.
L'hôtel se situe au deuxième étage et suivants d'une maison avec une supérette au rez de chaussée, ouverte 24h/24h et équipée d'un distributeur, ce qui est très pratique.
Enfin, la situation géographique est idéale, en bord de lac et au centre de la ville.
