Do not recommend this stay if you are looking for Hygiene
Pros:

It is in Mahipalpur

Cons:

The location on booking.com shows as Aerocity which very premium but this is actually in Mahipalpur which is densely filled up with too many hotels. The building elevation shown is not even relatable at all.

I feel booking.com should verify the authenticity of it. The ratings are not even matching the experience at all.

Not recommended, main photo is fake
Pros:

Staff cleaned the room, only positive.

Cons:

The first photo showing Hotel smart Lax is fake. There's no building like that. Hotel is called smart Plaza in maps. Very hard to find the hotel. The area is around is not good, not clean. I got deceived by the photos uploaded but hotel is not anything like it. Wouldn't go there again.

Poor Hygeine & Bed Bugs
Pros:

The property is situated in Aerocity and is a 15-20 minute drive to both international and domestic airports.

WiFi was relatively good 👍🏼

Cons:

The beds were infested with bed bugs and I couldn’t sleep the night before or the day of my late-night flight. The staff provided “All-Out” mosquito repellent but it was juice-free and left me suffering. The hotel is self-rated 4-star but has poor amenities. I’d be more cautious booking hotels on Booking.com, especially in Mahipalpur, as this one was in an alleyway.

Cons:

Misleading Photos and Location — Not as Advertised

We stayed six nights at this property because we had just completed a long taxi journey with a child, arrived tired in an unfamiliar city, and needed to remain close to the airport. Leaving immediately was not a realistic option.

The main issue is accuracy. The exterior photographs on Booking.com show an attractive frontage with a fountain and suggest a prominent roadside location. In reality, the hotel is situated down a back street, and the setting is very different from what is implied in the listing. The difference between the advertised images and the actual approach to the property is significant.

Staff appeared largely disengaged. Overall, the experience fell below what we reasonably expected.

This review is not written out of anger, but out of a belief that travellers rely on honest representation. Accurate photos and clear location details matter, especially after long journeys and when travelling with family.

Prospective guests should look carefully at recent guest photos and verify the exact location before booking.

Hotel informou ao booking.com, que não estive hospedada, podendo gerar me multa adicional, sendo que estive hospedada e até paguei no local. Café da manhã sem opção para estrangeiros, não tinha café preto

Es una estafa, criminal. Indican ubicación en Aero City, pero en realidad está en una zona bien pobre cerca del aeropuerto. La zona se siente peligrosa mismo de dia. Además de eso te enseñan la foto de un hotel que no existe y como se fuera en Aero City. Compare la foto de anuncio y la que comparto. Las instalaciones son feas y la suite no es limpia y tampoco decente. La recepcion al menos fue aceptable.

Don’t fall for the fake picture!!

Beware, it’s a scam!!!!

Cons:

Fake picture! It’s in a shady neighborhood with street dogs barking at the pedestrians! Listed as 4 star hotel- total lie!!
Breakfast made me laugh when I saw it, didn’t bother trying it. Ramen noodles for cents type of staff.
