Infelizmente, minha experiência foi péssima e muito abaixo do que eu esperava pelo valor e pela proposta do hotel. Pelas fotos e por alguns comentários, imaginei que encontraria um hotel de bom nível, mas pessoalmente a realidade foi bem diferente.
O hotel é extremamente básico, inclusive visualmente. Os ambientes passam uma sensação de falta de acabamento e de cuidado: paredes praticamente vazias, sem quadros ou elementos de decoração, pouca atenção aos detalhes e uma aparência muito simples para o padrão e o valor cobrados. Não estou falando de esperar luxo, mas de um mínimo de cuidado para tornar o ambiente agradável e acolhedor. A impressão que tivemos foi de um hotel sem personalidade e que precisa de renovação.
O quarto também precisava claramente de reforma e manutenção. A maçaneta da porta estava quebrada, os acabamentos eram mal feitos e o ar-condicionado ficava instalado diretamente acima da cama, jogando o ar em cima de nós durante a noite. Os elevadores também faziam um barulho insuportável.
No banheiro havia shampoo, sabonete líquido e creme para cabelo, mas senti falta daqueles pequenos itens de cortesia que costumamos encontrar em hotéis de um padrão um pouco melhor, como cotonetes, algodão, um pequeno kit de higiene ou até uma pasta de dente. Não havia nenhum desses pequenos mimos, apenas uma touca de banho. As toalhas de banho também estavam muito velhas e desgastadas. Para o valor cobrado, achei tudo bastante básico e sem atenção aos detalhes.
A área da piscina foi outra grande decepção. A piscina é muito menor do que aparenta nas fotos e, durante nossa estadia, estava suja. Além disso, não havia nenhum controle ou acompanhamento de funcionários na área. Havia apenas um casal utilizando uma caixa de som com música em volume muito alto, o que atrapalhava bastante quem queria simplesmente descansar.
Cheguei a procurar a recepção para perguntar se aquele nível de barulho era permitido e fui informada de que deixam os hóspedes ficarem à vontade.
