very Good
Pros:

The manager Mr. Vijay Kumar is very very co-operative and extending all support smilingly. He has taken extra pain to provide us breakfast with tasty Poha and good tea. He is managing the show with two supportive persons only. He is very well behaved and taking care of his guests very well. He should be an asset of your hotels.

Cons:

Just stayed for a night only. So nothing was noticed to dislike

Hotel owner not serious on booking from booking.com
Pros:

Location

Cons:

Despite of confirmed booking, my room was allocated to other guest. We need to fight to get alternate sub standard room.

Seems hotel owners don't trust bookings done from booking.com. unfortunately this is my second experience from booking.com.

DON'T book hotel room from BOOKING.COM
