Quality Hotel & Staff!
Pros:

Can’t praise the hotel and its excellent staff enough.
Reasonable priced, clean rooms, great customer service, attentive staff all round, excellent location.
Special mention to Mahmood who looked after the refreshment lounge and guests on the 14th floor.
Would definitely recommend/come back.

A very pleasant, peaceful and comfortable stay
Pros:

Friendly staff from the moment we arrived, and offered a ziarah free of charge, so nice surprise MashaAllah. Room was clean spacious, and comfortable for all 5 of us. Breakfast had a good variety of food and choices, staff were always on hand to help with any queries. I overall a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. This was our 2nd stay in the hotel. InshaAllah when we visit again we will book again!

Saja is the name of comitment and special care.
Pros:

Thanks for your hospitality and incredible assistance as always and I must say your whole staff from reception to room cleaning to bell boys, were all very helpful. Location was excellent however shaded parking near by restaurants makes our visit more hassle free so a big Thanks to everyone.

انصح المسافرين بالاقامة فى فندق سجى ورويك المدينة
Pros:

تجربة رائعة واستثنائية وأنصح بالإقامة فيه بشدة!
كنا حاجزين غرفتين رقم 1205 و1219، وكانت إقامتنا من يوم 11 أغسطس 2026 إلى 15 أغسطس 2026. الفندق نظيف جداً والغرف واسعة ومريحة، وكل شيء تحتاجه وتطلبه تجده متوفراً على الفور. موقع الفندق ممتاز وقريب جداً من المسجد النبوي الشريف (حوالي 5 دقائق مشياً).

أكثر ما يميز الفندق هو حسن الاستقبال والتعامل الراقِ من جميع الموظفين، وأخص بالذكر الأخت "بتول" في الاستقبال على بشاشتها ومساعدتها. كما أشكر الأخ "مصطفى" في الدور 14 المسؤول عن وجبات السناكس على خدمته الممتازة وأخلاقه العالية.

فندق يستحق الزيارة مرة أخرى بالتأكيد!
