Pros:

أعجبني أن للفندق يوجد مواقف السيارات مجانية وهذا شيء ممتاز
ويجلب الزبون لأن الذي يأتي من خارج بسيارته يبقى حيران أين يقف سيارته وهذا الأمر مهم جدا.
وأيضا أعجبني نظافة الغرف كانت ممتازة ما شاء الله.
في الصورة التي أرفقت بها يوجد اطلالة على جبل أحد.

ما أعجبني هذا يوجد مشروع جديد أمام الفندق في مكان ضيق جدا من جهة الحرم فأغلق علينا الطريق وحتى ما تشوف اسم الفندق من بعيد.

Saja by Warwick is how all hotels should be in madinah and faris was amazing
Pros:

Hotel was amazing first hotel in madina that I actually love staying at and the gentleman faris was amazing extremely polite friendly and helpful someone like him deserves a promotion I'm surprised he's not a manager as he is so experienced he deserves a promotion also the lady who called to check up on me she was wonderful apologies I forgot her name

A seamless and outstanding experience—I will definitely be returning.
Pros:

-Excellent customer service. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the front desk team was highly professional.
-The room was spotlessly clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, which made for a very restful stay.
-Perfect location—strategically situated with easy access to Masjid Nabwi. a great choice for travelling with Family.

Cons:

- My only complaint is that I couldn't stay longer!
-A slightly wider selection of healthy options at breakfast would be a nice bonus, but what they had was great.
