Excellent. Will definately use this as my base for my next trip to the North East (if available)
Pros:

After not being able to find it at first (Due to Google Maps having it pinned about 200 yards away from where it actually is) the location was excellent. Train station (Metro) about 3 mins walk away and a regular bus service literally on the doorstep. Also a Home Bargains and other shops less than a minute away. The room was very comfortable. Great TV options. A wonderful bath in the shared bathroom.

Cons:

Nothing. The only recommendation I could suggest is to have a box of tissues in the room. Having to get dressed in the middle of the night just to blow your nose isn't ideal!
