Fake hotel. Nightmarish night
Pros:

Nothing there was likeable at all. It was not a hotel at all.

Cons:

I want refund. Edited photos shown on site. Fooling people that they have tie up with Fab Hotels. They told less amount received what we actually paid. Action should be taken at this fake hotel. It is not a hotel at all. We came at 10 PM & it was nightmarish. We didn't stay at this hotel & booked another hotel. We want refund of amount paid.

Need personal intervention of booking.com since I paid the advance amount just to know that there are no rooms available for us. The area manager of fan hotels wanted to shift us in nearby hotels which we didn't like since I was travelling with 12 family members including 2 women aged 85 years plus. Going to lodge a complain in customer care for the mental harassment caused to me and my family

Bad-pathetic house apartment service
Pros:

Nothing i like . In night , couldn't even find address as it was PG hostel and not residential apartment or hotel.

Cons:

Rooms quality is so bad. Curtain rods broken due to that no curtains. No facility of keeping simple glass to drink water , no lift to go to second floor , no facility for drinking water at each floor, we have to go down to fill water bottle with can . No water purifier available. Mattress quality is so poor that it is not suitable for sleeping in night.

In bathroom there is no mirror. No provision for shampoo and other for showers. Window doesn't Close properly. Poorly maintain house. This is not hotel for sure. Highly not recommended

Pathetic - Unhygienic - Disappointed

Cons:

Everything! Unhygienic.
No one to facilitate, no one to attend, beds were in bad condition and bedsheets were so dirty.
There is no dedicated Car Parking Space, Car Parked was damaged by someone outside.
I would not recommend this Property to anyone.
