Top-tier hospitality! Fell in love with the service and decoded extend 3 more nights
Pros:

The service here is outstanding across all departments like security, reception, housekeeping, and all the managers in F&B and everywhere else are highly professional.

Cons:

At the F&B, Mr. Raj provided great service that deserves recognition.

I was also immensely impressed by Mr Sandeep; during a service mishap where he accidentally spilled tea on himself, he changed and returned to duty within minutes without missing a beat.

Furthermore, a young lady named Priscilla provided wonderful service, ensuring we felt completely cared for.

All the managers and other staff provided outstanding hospitality all around, therefore we are staying 3 more nights!

Old property but well located for medical tourism
Pros:

The staff was lovely and friendly, the check in process was smooth. As with all DoubleTree Hilton properties, we were provided warm cookies on check in which is a nice touch imo. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet too, it didn't have all too much variety but the food was delicious. The location is quite nice, especially if you're there for medical tourism or just health-related plans. It is right next to Manipal Hospital and just a 5-10 minute drive from several other clinics and hospitals. There are also a good number of restaurants and cafes around the area.

Cons:

The property is much older than we expected and the room felt quite dusty. The bathroom is also really small and the sink would leak if we left the water running for longer than a few minutes - we did not contact the front desk regarding this issue because we were not staying for very long and thought it would be manageable, I imagine they would've promptly fixed the issue if we had reported it. The room came with a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and induction stove which was pretty cool but there were no pots and pans so I don't know how we were meant to use the stove... The microwave was a lifesaver though.

Cons:

I am a regular customer and Inspite of Requesting for early check-in. They made me wait for almost 45 mins for room. Old staff was very friendly. This new staff and trainees are not upto the mark.
