Fantastische Lage mit super Ausblicken
Pros:

Fantastische Lage gleich neben dem Express Bus Terminal (3 min), 10 min zum Meer und 15 min zum See. Bushaltestellen fast vor der Tür, auch für den Nationalpark. Die Premium Zimmer mit Seeblick sind sehr geräumig und der Blick auf den See und die Berge ist toll. In der obersten Etage gibt es eine Aussichtsplattform, die vor allem abends super schöne Ausblicke bietet. Es ist sauber.

Cons:

In meinem Zimmer war das Bad im Zimmer, als Duschkabine und Toilettenkabine. Da bin ich kein Fan von, aber was wirklich störend war, war der starke Uringeruch aus der Toilettenkabine, der auch ins Zimmer zog. Nachdem ich diesen angemerkt hatte, würde einmal mehr geputzt, was das Problem aber nicht gelöst hat. Leider wurde auch beim Auschecken nicht mehr nachgefragt. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt dort in dem an sich schönen Hotelzimmer beeinträchtigt. Der Hotelflur hat den Charme eines Gefängnisses.

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren super.
Pros:

Grosses, schönes Zimmer, sehr komfortabel. Die Angestellten waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Frühstücksraum hat eine schöne Lage. Es hat sogar einen super Spot auf dem Dach im 28. Stock mit toller Aussicht.

מיקום מושלם לכל מי שנוסע משם לסורקסאן. החדרים ענקיים, נקיים ונוחים!

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר לא טובה. יש שלט שמראה תמונה מאוד מרשימה עם ביצים עלומות ופירות. בפועל הארוחה לא טובה לדעתי, שונה לחלוטין מהתמונה, אין פירות כמעט והדבר היחיד שיש זה מקושקשת. שאלנו את הצוות והם אמרו משהו שכל יום יש משהו אחר, אבל זה רחוק מלהיות מדוייק

I would stay in this hotel again
Pros:

The location and view is amazing. Room is very clean! And everything seems new :)

Cons:

Check in timing can be more flexible instead of just from 3pm onwards. However, they do allow free storage of luggages.

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación y la habitación muy grande y cómoda. Las vistas muy bonitas desde lo alto de este edificio. El parking es gratuito y está justo enfrente del hotel.

Pros:

Very convenient location right next to the bus terminal. We were on a high floor and had a great view. Room was large and comfortable. Helpful staff.

Cons:

There were dirty footprint marks on both our beds - this was quickly rectified by the staff giving us replacement bedsheets.
There are only 3 lifts serving 28 floors - be prepared to wait.
