Was lovely. Grew up and lived on a cancel estate so this was like 10 star to me

Very helpful staff and amazing roof top pool

Couldn’t smoke on the balcony. So only on the roof and outside front

Don't be fooled by them calling it 5 star
Pros:

Stayed here many times but this is the last time. There is no chance whatsoever that this is a 5 star hotel. Its a top quality 3 star

Cons:

I was in a premium suite which the sofa was a sofa bed. The downside is that as soon as you sat down the thing started to move which was completely frustrating. On top of this the water pressure in the shower is an absolute joke. I could get more pressure from a hosepipe. There are many more hotels with better options

Das Lage ist Super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück hat für jeden Gast etwas. Der 7-Eleven in der Nähe. Ebenfalls Bars wenn jemand das braucht.

Cons:

Der Kaffee ☕️ am Frühstück könnte besser sein. Der Wasserdruck in meinem Zimmer war etwas schwach.

Wunderbarer fast perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Nach einiger Zeit erneut in einem meiner Lieblingshotels in Pattaya eine Woche verbracht. Wunderbar gelegen nur wenige Meter vom Sandstrand und dem Meer entfernt, was ich von meinem Zimmer und Balkon sehen konnte.
Ruhig gelegene Juniorsuite im 6. Stock mit Frühstück versüßte mir den Aufenthalt, der durch das Personal wieder toll war.
Der Pool auf dem Dach mit Jacuzzi war bis 22 Uhr eine tolle Entspannung.
Frühstück war lecker und relativ vielfältig.
Neue Klimaanlage lässt sich auf sehr leises Niveau regeln.
Von 2 TVs in meinem 2-Zimmer-Raum war einer relativ neu mit 4k-Auflösung.

Cons:

-abgewohnte defekte Ausziehcouch in meinem Zimmer wurde trotz Reklamation nicht ausgetauscht/repariert
-Renovierung des Schwimmingpools auf dem Dach liefert ein unprofessionelles Bild, hat 1 loses Geländer, das 2. Geländer wurde demontiert und Löcher mit Schrauben im Boden hinterlassen
-defekte Glasscheibe an Pool und Dachrand während meines Aufenthalts nicht ausgetauscht/repariert sondern nur Parkpylone aufgestellt
-manche Steckdosen sind ausgeleiert, sodass einige Stecker Wackelkontakte haben
-WiFi ließ manchmal zu wünschen übrig

Die Lage für an die Strandpromenade zu gehen ist perfekt. Es hat 7-Eleven in der Nähe. Das Frühstück hat für jeden Gast etwas. Mein Zimmer 806 war gut. Die Aussicht super. Das Bad gross.

Cons:

Der Wasserdruck für die Dusche könnte besser sein. Beim Frühstück könnte die Kaffeemaschine schneller laufen. Beim Cappuccino ist die Tasse nur halb voll und viel Milch und wenig Kaffee. Das Bier 🍺 beim Swimming pool ist zu teuer.
