L’ensemble du séjour étais vraiment top !
Pros:

L’établissement et le personnel était top que ça soit les gens qui font le ménage au portier aux équipes de réception tout le monde étais fantastique merci énormément et l’hôtel est vraiment très classe ! Et propre !

Cons:

Le gros soucis c’est le wifi inexistant il est là mais ne sert à rien vous capter jamais …
De plus le massage c’est fait dans notre chambre je pense que pour un hôtel de ce standard sa ne serais pas trop que d’acheter deux tables de massage pliante pour que d’une part les personnes qui font le massage puisse tourner autour de nous ce qui leur éviterais des positions et postures déplaisante et de plus pour notre expérience .. avoir la tête dans l’oreiller pas fou je tiens quand même à dire que le personnel de passage étais top et c’est pas du tout leur faute juste un manque d’équipement de l’hôtel pour cette raison que j’ai mis 9 et pas 10

Pros:

My mom was absolutely in love with this hotel! It almost feels more like walking in a museum than a hotel with all the lovely art. The staff was super nice and the restaurant had delicious food.

Cons:

Our room had a door to the connecting room, we could hear the people in that room talking loudly while we were trying to sleep. Maybe there weren't any other rooms available, but this was a downside for me.

Pros:

Vele traditionele kunstvoorwerpen - wel heel overdadig maar daardoor bijzondere sfeer. Ook goede locatie, dichtbij de keraton, traditionele en moderne restaurants (en mall). Uitgebreid en goed ontbijtbuffet, ook goed a la carte. Eten en cocktails aan het (rustige) zwembad.

Cons:

Badkamer verouderd (kranen, voegsel) en water niet echt warm

Verbetering noodzakelijk.
Pros:

Het hotel is in basis prima maar heeft wel een update nodig, en zeker ook de badkamer. Het bed sliep heerlijk.

Cons:

Het zwembad was zeer koud en klein en er was bijna geen plek om te zitten. Het ontbijt is voor 90% gericht op Oosters eten.

Un bel hôtel un peu défraîchi
