Edificio histórico muy bonito
Pros:

El edificio es impresionante, buena ubicación y. Win de servicios: gym, restaurante, piscina, etc

Cons:

Hacen una cama oversize juntando 2 camas y no tienen las sábanas y edredones adecuados para cubrir el espacio y se hace algo incómodo. Los baños están algo anticuados y dan sensación de poco limpios.

Nice hotel in Yogyakarta, beautiful pool and nice location

Cons:

The breakfast needs improvement. The cleanliness was not great (the bed sheets had stains and the towels were not completely white). Also, the staff seemed unprepared. Lastly, there was music playing in the corridors that could be heard even at night

Excellent Heritage hotel

It is an excellent hotel with central location. Excellent staff and excellent decor.

Cons:

We are vegetarian, therefore, faced difficulties. I request them to have at least one indian chef, so that he can care for vegetarians as non-vegetarian indian dishes. The hotel will attract more indian visitors.

Good hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Liked the overall feel of the hotel, the decor, the comfortable bedroom. The Sunday lunch buffet was excellent. The Pool was nice and quiet in the mornings, but busy and not enough sun loungers towards the end of the day.

Cons:

The restaurant area could have been better managed. There were always tables waiting to be cleared and felt like there weren't enough staff around to take orders. If we'd known how popular the spa was we would have tried to book treatments in advance. We found it fully booked when we enquired when there.
