Die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch mit Blick über's Meer.
Der Infinity-Poolbereich ist sehr schön mit Blick auf's Meer.
Der Garten um das Hotel ist zauberhaft und allein schon eine Reise wert.
Schade, dass es kein Frühstücksbuffet gibt und nur eingeschränkte Brotauswahl und Marmalade und keine Zitrusmarmelade, die ansonsten in den Zeitschriften besonders als Eigenprodukt hervorgehoben wird.
Die Gourmet-Küche ist schon sehr speziell und wohl nicht für jedermann.
Schade, dass die Menue's für die einfache Küche, wo das Restaurant geschlossen war, dann mit wenig Liebe und Kreativiät daher kamen. Da hätten wir uns von einer Lokalität mit Michelin Auszeichnung schon mehr vorgestellt.
Très beaux bâtiments historiques et jardins magnifiques
This was our second visit - we loved it so much - and we were delighted to be given the same (upgraded) room. It is a hotel full of thoughtful touches and attentiveness. The staff are charming, the facilities luxurious. The setting is wonderful and even for just one night works its magic.

La beauté de l'hôtel, la piscine à débordement incroyable, le confort de la chambre, le jardin monumental, la vue sur la baie d'Alassio.
Le personnel n'est pas au niveau d'un cinq étoiles. Notre chambre a été inondée deux soirs sur notre séjour de cinq nuits sans obtenir aucun dédommagement. Il a fallu insister pour que le Directeur daigne présenter ses excuses. Peu d'attention de la part du personnel. Le comble étant à la piscine où le personnel se permet de discuter longuement de leurs problèmes internes devant les clients médusés et ce de manière bruyante. Quant à la promesse de réserver la piscine qu'aux clients de l'hôtel c'est une vaste plaisanterie : nous avons subi trois italiennes bruyantes ( qui n'étaient pas clientes de l'hôtel) pendant trois heures lors d'un lunch. J'ai dû intervenir pour leur demander de baisser d'un ton.
En dehors du restaurant gastronomique, l'offre est faible et d'un très mauvais rapport qualité-prix.
Si vous êtes sensibles au savoir-faire d'un hôtel cinq étoiles, ne réservez pas dans cet endroit

Beautiful villa with a gorgeous garden, amazing bedding and swimming pool. However, the breakfast was a disappointment. There were no fruits, greens, or cheeses available — just a lot of pastries and a selection of egg dishes.
The gardens, the tranquility, the infinity pool. It is all wonderful.

The regulations regarding visitors are a joke and the Service is extremely slow and bad cause they always bring the wrong Food and Drinks.
