Important information:

The advertised breakfast rate is only applicable if breakfast is pre-booked at the time of booking the apartment. Breakfast costs GBP £19.95 pp and £15.00 for 4-12 year old.

Please note that a housekeeping service is only available on request, and is subject to an additional charge. If you would like to change your towels there is a charge of GBP 15, if you wish to have the apartment cleaned during your stay there is a charge of GBP 25 for a one-bedroom apartment and GBP 35 for a 2 bedroom-apartment.

Access to a pool slot is only guaranteed when you book a treatment at Spa6. The gym is open in one hour slots from 08:00 - 21:00, with a maximum of 13 people in the gym at any one time.

The hotel restaurant will not be available from the 24 December until 26 December, and the 31 December. The Old Boathouse pub will have limited opening times; advance bookings are essential.

Please note that the restaurant is booked for private events during some dates in December, please contact the property directly for further information.

During your stay the facilities of Spa 6 are available:
- Monday to Friday: 06:00 until 09:30 and 17:00 until 22:00
- Saturday and Sunday: 07:30 until 09:30 and 17:00 until 21:00

Please note that children under the age of 2 are not permitted to use the hotel pool due to the Hydrotherapy Jets within the Pool.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and are not permitted to use the Jacuzzi, water fountains or hydro elements of the pool.

Pet friendly rooms are the ground floor apartments without a balcony. There is a charge of GBP 30 per dog, and a maximum of 2 dogs per apartment. Please confirm with the property at the time of booking.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Perfect self catering suite in large hotel complex in a lively location
Pros:

The bedroom suite had excellent kitchen setup - cooker/ oven/ full sized fridge / dishwasher - so we were able to have all our meals in our room. The balcony view was lovely. Having water dispenser in corridor a godsend.

Cons:

You had to pay £10 to use the pool.

Great location and spacious apartments, but needs exterior maintenance
Pros:

• Location: The location is beautiful and very convenient, as it is quite close to all the nearby towns of the costwolds.
• Service: The service was good throughout our stay.
• Comfort and Space: The apartment was very spacious, comfortable, and clean inside.
• Special Requests: We were lucky to get an apartment with a lake view, and the staff provided the baby crib we had requested in advance.
We recommend this hotel to stay with family in the Costwolds.

Cons:

• Interior Condition: The apartment feels a bit outdated and is in need of a renovation.
• Exterior Maintenance: The exterior of the building is poorly maintained and looks quite neglected.
• Lack of Cleanliness: There was a lot of dirt and cobwebs in the common areas.
• Balcony: Our balcony was so dirty and covered in spiderwebs that we were unable to use it, which was very disappointing.

Pros:

The staff on check in were amazing. Olivia went above and beyond to support in helping us move to a much cooler room in the heatwave we’ve been having.
The rooms in the main building were newly renovated and really amazing.
Breakfast was fantastic, so much choice and one of the best brekkies I’ve had in a buffet style set up.

Cons:

Just challenging with no Air Con during this weather we’re having.

The apartment was clean and tidy.

Cons:

We went for a meal in the brasserie. VERY expensive. When we sat down a Waiters came up to us and asked ' 'would you like still or sparkling water?' Not 'what would you like to drink'
We thought that was nice....a complimentary water as it was so hot. WRONG they charged us £5.50 for a bottle of water.
Chairs outside our room were very worn and needed a good smarten up! No cushions on the so very uncomfortable.
Not worth the money we paid to stay 2 days!!!

Really enjoyable and relaxing stay
Pros:

Brilliant location - not far from Cirencester and the motorway.
Lovely walks close by. Our little boy loved the play area also.
The apartment was clean and very well stocked with equipment. We loved that even our dog was well catered for - you could have a bed and bowls if needed however we took our own.
All staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Disappointing the lift was working during our stay as tricky to navigate stairs with luggage however we understood it was being fixed.

Plesant surroundings. Lovely hotel.
Pros:

Excellent location, clean and tidy

Cons:

It was unfortunate that the temperature was 35 degrees for 2 / 3 days outside and there was no air con.
One fan was supplied , the room was 32degrees all night.
The whole building was way too hot.
Maybe it’s time to install air conditioning with the current climate.
