Un séjour agréable dans l’ensemble.
Pros:

Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. L’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité d’un arrêt de bus, ce qui facilite les déplacements.

La chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée. La salle de bain est également propre et spacieuse, avec de l’eau chaude disponible en permanence.

La réception est efficace et facilement accessible dès l’entrée de l’hôtel.

Le petit-déjeuner est inclus et propose un choix très varié. L’espace réservé au petit-déjeuner est également très spacieux et agréable. L’hôtel offre par ailleurs l’accès à une salle de sport, une piscine ainsi qu’un jardin.

Cons:

En revanche, la climatisation et le réfrigérateur sont assez bruyants, ce qui peut perturber le sommeil. De plus, lorsqu’on baisse la climatisation, l’humidité devient rapidement perceptible dans la chambre.

Prima auf der Durchreise
Pros:

Zimmer schön groß und modern, alles sehr sauber.
Wir haben das Zimmer zu viert genutzt, es war ausreichend Platz und die Schlafcouch bequem.
Obwohl das Hotel direkt am Highway liegt, hat man kaum was davon im Zimmer gehört.
Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl - positiv: es gibt Porzellangeschirr!

Cons:

Es gibt am Frühstücksbuffett nur einen Toastautomaten, der sehr langsam läuft. Sobald ein Gast diesen schneller laufend eingestellt hat, kam eine Angestellte und hat ihn wieder runterreguliert. So haben sich ständig die Leute um den Brotkasten und vor dem Toastautomaten gestaut. Bei großem Andrang stand man eine Weile bzw. es war sehr eng am Buffett.

Good location in Ajax. Lots of amenities nearby.

Cons:

Poor customer service and hygiene could be better. Staff only empty the bins and give fresh towels. They deep clean every other day which was not even a deep clean. Breakfast was very mid, could have been a lot better with better variety for a Hilton

Lovely room, poor food.
Pros:

Rooms were clean and a great size and good price for what it was. Staff was kind. Pool was nice, just very small.

Cons:

Not very many channels (and what was there was labelled wrong). Small pool but nice. Breakfast had lots of options but not very tasty. Ended up getting dinner at the next hotel which was silly because it was too expensive and also not very good.

It was clean, and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety including gluten free. Good proximity to the Ajax GO station. Ample free parking. Kids loved the pool and putting green.
