Location was amazing! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly
No hotel bar. The restaurant isn’t actually part of the hotel and the doorman was rude!
Gorgeous rooms. Very comfy beds. Luxury toiletries in bathroom. Very secure. Had to tap room key to call lift. Staff were all so friendly. Great location.
The parking is expensive. $75 per night

Hotel très moderne et design
Mais pas du tout taillé pour des familles et pas du tout kids friendly. Piscine interdire aux mineurs à partir de 18h voire de 13h le week-end, beaucoup de fetes bruyantes sur sunset strip ou dans l hotel. Check in très laborieux, on nous a donné une chambre déjà occupée par quelqu un ! Heureusement que le bagagiste était là pour tout régler ! Taxes et parking très chers mais on est à LA...
Cool place to stay and a great location, it is walkable to the Hollywood Walk of fame
Not very family oriented, kids couldn’t use the pool when we checked in at 4pm on Sunday, it’s 21s only. After a very long journey this was disappointing and we were not given any notification of this in advance. Also mid week kids can only use the pool until 6pm. They also can’t enter the bar areas so that makes having nice drink in the bar almost impossible for any one with kids
The bed
The refrigerator was small when I hung my tile up. The tile rack came down. It was improperly put up. that the TV wires you could still see they were not hitting and also that the menu guide on the TV was not working. and also the DJ was EDM. It said it was hip-hop. And that when we wanted to go into the restaurant inside the hotel, they said we had to hurry up and make a decision in order to make a reservations, but it was not a lot of people in the restaurant when I went to tell them can I come back and I already said no we're already closed that made no sense. And also parking is $75. That's too expensive. Also, that in the bathroom, the wallpaper was peeling from the bottom up to the ceiling not luxury at all.

Tried to charge us twice for resort fee. Front of house rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Water and coffee not refilled in room. Decor very dated.
Did like the pool when could get a seat and room was big and bed was comfortable
Giving priority to other people over guests many hotels do the complete opposite I feel like this hotel do not honour that
