Pros:

Overall a great time!

Cons:

One observation though - there should be more than one bottle of water per room. We were 3 people and it was very hot outside and in the room only one bottle of water.

Izba bola ok, priestranná pre naše potreby

Cons:

Extrémne nepohodlné vankúše a pohovka. Nedôsledný room servis. Nedokladali nám vodu, museli sme ich na to upozorniť, izba bola v druhý deň uprataná len zčasti. Po príchode na izbu sme nemali doplnené mydlo. Upozornila som na to pána na recepcii, po 3 hodinách, nebolo stále doplnené. Máme malé deti, mydlo na izbe je a solútny hygienický základ, základov. Raňajky katastofa. Boli sme pozrieť, zhnité ovocie, nedoležené pečivo, potraviny, samy musíte robiť deťom gofry. To je katastofa. Mali sme 5 detí v skupine. 1 gofry trvá spraviť za čas 6 minút, počítajte ako dlho trvá spraviť pre 5 detí. To nie je dovolenka. Navyše veľmi zle označený výťah pre personál, syn sa v ňom “zasekol” vstúpil doňho a nevedel výjsť. Určite sa už do tohto hotela nevrátime. Personál sa snažil, boli milí a ochotní, chyba je zrejme vo vedení. Buď málo personálu alebo neviem. Ale bola to veľmi zlá skúsenosť.
