Definitely recommend this for anyone travelling to Quito
Pros:

I absolutely loved this hotel, its a bit far from the city, but nothing a 15 dollar uber ride wont fix. I am a woman, travelled alone, and always felt safe and comfortable at this hotel.

So worth booking here.
Pros:

This hotel was amazing!!! I had the biggest room I have ever seen. Free fruit at arrival. The staff were extremely friendly but the one thing that stood out the most was the bed. I am a very bad sleeper but in that bed, I slept like a baby

Outstanding hotel with heavenly beds and an incredible shower! Just WOW.

The staff were so friendly and kind, shout out to Mateo! We'd had a long flight from London before going on to the Galapagos the following day and this was perfection. I'd stayed at another hotel in the area the year before for the same cost and this was far superior. The food was super delicious with an incredible breakfast! Everything you can imagine and more was on offer.

We slept so well!

Thank you to all the staff - AMAZING short stay!

Cons:

Programe un recojo del aeropuerto con tiempo y el transfer no llego, llame y me dijeron que me había estado esperando, lo cual lo dudo porque sali de primero apenas el avión aterrizo y no tenía maleta, me dijeron que llegaría en 7 minutos. A los 20 minutos, ni llego y el chifer del Holiday Inn, me llevo al hotel.
