NĒRO Boutique Hotel

When traveling we usually opt for small boutique hotels and may be a bit high demands about where we stay. We can say that this hotel is one of the absolute best boutique hotels we have had the pleasure to stay at!
Beautiful interiors, clean, elegant and comfortable rooms, fantastic pool area with nice vibes.
The restaurant had the best food of the entire stay on the island. The young chef is one of the most talented we have meet in a very long time and the fried zucchini’s deserves a rating on its own.
The bar served a range of amazing signature cocktails (try the Nero version of an Old Fashioned!), and the staff is friendly service minded and professional, and went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and a memorable experience.
We can not recommend this hotel enough and will be back (hopefully very soon!)

We booked last minute (at arrival) and from the very beginning Chrysa and team were fantastic. The property is modern/brand new (only 3 years and the new wing only 2 months old), peaceful, safe location. Great for all ages wanting a refined luxury experience. We visited with two 18,21yo and had a suite overlooking the pool. Room 305. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast incredible selection. If you are deciding between areas (thira and oia) book this area as there are huge steps in other locations. Beds very comfortable, rooms stunning, air conditioning ❤️

Everything about our stay was simply exceptional. The hotel is beautifully designed, with modern interiors, spotless rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere that perfectly complements the beauty of Santorini. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. They went above and beyond by arranging a late check-out for us after our flight was significantly delayed, which made a huge difference. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again.

As soon as we arrived the reception staff were very welcoming. Following a short tour of hotel, a member of stuff showed us to our room and took our bags.
The bathroom was lovely and modern with a huge mirror and an open type shower. All new and with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion already there. Tea and coffee was provided in the room, along with a mini fridge. We opted for an outside private mini pool which did not disappoint!!

The restaurant and bar facilities were all 5 star in my opinion. Breakfast in the morning you could choose from a variety of options, full fry up, breads and cheeses, cereals and fruit.

The outside pool, well what can I say. It was stunning overlooking the mountains and the sun loungers were the comfiest I’ve ever been on. This area in particular was above 5 stars for us. The cleanliness, views and general look/state of the pool was immaculate. Music was played by the pool when we were there which was fab.

The staff for this venue really made it for us as they were all super attentive and very helpful.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday, a great location and top level service.

Absolutely everything. The service was outstanding (shout out to every single person we met and Haris who was just awesome) , the facilities were incredible, the food was delicious ( very authentic but high end), the breakfast some of the best we’ve had … and the view… the view 100/10. We’ve traveled to so many countries, eaten at so many Michelin restaurants, gone to several 5 star hotels, but this one exceeded our expectations. Don’t hesitate and book this hotel immediately.

Boutique Hotel nuovissimo e meraviglioso, il dj in piscina davvero bravo, colazione molto varia. Personale di accoglienza ottimo, attento a ogni esigenza. Camere con ogni comfort, una gradevole fragranza che irradia tutta la struttura.

Amazing hotel, amazing pool, amazing staff, amazing location, amazing cleanningness, amazing gym, amazing view.
We got upgraded to a room with jacuzzi as they noticed it was for our 10 year anniversary with my partner, and this room was just incredible.

Before we had even landed in Santorini I had received a welcoming message from Chrysa to welcome us to Nero, arranged a taxi from the airport for a smooth transfer for us.
Chrysa gave us a personal tour of the hotel and showed us to our beautiful room.
Chrysa and her team are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and a friendly, welcoming experience to all customers.
We dined at the hotel for a lunch, room service dinner, cocktails by the pool and breakfast and the food and drinks were great every, single time!
I cannot recommend this hotel enough to anyone that wants a beautiful experience.
