كثيرا أسكن الفندق لكن في حال استمرار الإزعاج فلا أنصح بالسكن فيه .
Pros:

أولا / بهو الفندق واسع ونظيف .
ثانيا / موظفة الاستقبال بيان كانت في قمة التعامل وسرعة إجراءات الدخول وحسن التعامل .
ثالثا / موظفي حمل الحقائب وخدمة السيارة رائعين في تعاملهم وسرعة خدمتهم .

Cons:

أولا / الموسيقى الصاخبة حيث الإزعاج في الغرف لكونهم رافعين الصوت في ممرات الغرف لدرجة أنه في حال النوم لم نستطع النوم مباشرة وقد كلمت اثنين من الإدارة واحد سعودي والثاني من الإخوة الوافدين واستقبلوني بكل رحابة صدر وكلام جميل عن إزعاج الموسيقى حيث طوال الليل والنهار تشتغل وقالو هذا خطأ وسنعدل الوضع ولكن في الحقيقة لم يتغير شيء.
ثانيا / عدم التنوع كثيرا في المشروبات والكيكات في كفي بهو الفندق .

The hotel was excellent. The staff and the overall service were satisfactory. Good facilities and nice spacious room.

Cons:

The neighborhood was quite busy, and the parking waiting time was so long (valet service). I wait for approximately 30mins.

فندق رائع برج ضخم مهيب في قلب الرياض غرف واسعه سرير فخم مريح جدا الخدمه فوريه في اي شي تحتاجه ليلا او نهارا مواقف سفليه خدمة صف السيارة الفريق جميعهم يتعاملون بلباقه عاليه واحترافيه واضح جودة الادارة والعناية بالتدريب
الفندق فاخر وممتاز بكل معنى الكلمه
موظف اسمه نواف كان قمة في اللياقه والذوق
اقمت عندهم مرتين

لدي ملاحظه على سعر المطعم وارجو العنايه اكثر ببعض الأصناف
لكن اعتبره مناسب ولا أشكال
الموقع وسط الرياض القديمه منطقه مزدحمه لكن لديهم مواقف خاصه بهم
