اسعار المطعم غالي والجوده عاديه
المسبح للاسف مشترك مع باقي الابراج ومنها ابراج سكنية و يوجد تمرينات للاطفال بالمسبح لذلك المسبح يكون مشغول وغير متاح ايضا
ولا يوجد اهتمام تماما بمنطقة المسبح من كافيهات او غيرها للاسف
Room was spacious and had a desk
Employees were nice
The building is considered heritage since it is the 1st tower ever in KSA
Room was clean
Elevator is not reliable I had issues many times reaching my floor, I had to go one floor above then use the stairs due to tech issue
Furniture is old, also bathroom
Staff was helpful
I had a very bad experience some one woke me up at 1am and staff keep asking me we can not find you in system almost half hour it took for them to figure out the issue
Very old AC not working properly /flush keep running very old property
Very friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at home

Breakfast setup is too big with live counter. Comfortable good size of room. Staffs are very friendly and supportive.
Reception, Bell boy, Valet parking team, security and Housekeeping and Restaurant team.
3614 Room AC need to fix. We raise the issue; MST came but AC temperature remains uncomfortable throughout our stay.
