Comfortable hotel near train station
Pros:

Convenient location near Munich‘s East train station with multiple connections to anywhere in the city or around. Staff was nice and very responsive through the booking.com platform. Breakfast food was good. Rooms were clean.

Cons:

I didn’t realize when booking that the Courtyard and the Residence Inn are one connected property with a shared ground floor restaurant space. It’s a huge complex that attracts tour buses. This made for an extremely busy and loud breakfast experience.
Adding an extra bed for a child made the one room feel extremely cramped especially because the TV is weirdly mounted on a rolling rack/stand and is bigger than the wall that it is „on“. We constantly felt like we were going to knock over the TV and we stubbed our toes a few times.

Seit Jahren bewährtes Hotel für unsere Münchenwoche ( Familienbesuch )
Pros:

Tiefgarage mit ausreichend Stellplätzen.
Gute Lage mit Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr - Bus- und Tramhaltestelle fast vor der Tür, S-Bahn 5-10 Minuten Fußweg.
Ruhige Lage des Zimmers zum großen Innenhof hin. Kleiderschrank könnte etwas größer sein.
Frühstücksbuffet gut. Andrang zum Frühstück abhängig von der Zeit- Geschäftsleute und Familien mit Kindern kommen unterschiedlich.

Cons:

Keine wesentlichen Defizite.

It’s very far from everything .staff very rude ..

Nothing ..and I will not stay at this hotel again

Cons:

Front desk staff are not friendly at all from day one during check in they insist to pay the deposit by credit card although I told them I will pay fully in cash but they didn’t agree and they were insisting that this is the policy..after many arguments they accept to take cash ..but all of them were not smiling .and the policy their even if u will stay for one month complementary water available during the check in only and then we have to buy it from hotel ..bags is self service..staff not friendly at all ..and the location is very far from center..u need car to go to the city center ..not recommended to stay

Pros:

Die Lage Nähe Ostbahnhof und die Anbindung zum ÖPNV ist optimal.
Die Zimmer zum Hof sind sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Frühstückbuffet war in diesem Hotel schon mal besser. Die Auswahl wurde reduziert und mit dem Nachlegen leerer Platten dauerte es etwas.

Local excelente para recuperar a energia depois de um dia longo a viajar
Pros:

A cerca de 10 minutos a pé da estação de comboio munich ostbahnhof. O quarto é bem isolado, a cama muito confortável. O pequeno-almoço em buffet e com muita variedade, especialmente com comida tradicional da baviera.
