Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £50 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance.

Choice of breakfast was amazing
The area between the bar and restaurant was dated and dark.
We’ve stayed here several times so know and love it .

The staff were very friendly and welcoming especially the bar staff. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable .

The room was very comfortable and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom had a shower over the bath and it was very deep.

Breakfast had plenty of options including a cooked breakfast you could order and the food was very good.
Location absolutely gorgeous, went for a walk in Canezaro park also close to Wimbledon
Everything was exceptionally clean and the service was excellent.
There were magnets on the wardrobe doors so when you closed them they made a loud bang every time.
Also walls not very soundproof , every time someone shut there bedroom door, very loud bang.
The building is wonderful and the location great
If you like the smell of raw sewage in your room, and if you like unhelpful indifferent staff this is the place to go
