World class service standards
Pros:

The butler service was way beyond my imagination. World class standards, coming from someone who's well travelled. They went above and beyond to ensure I received all the assistance I need. Room was very cosy and felt extremely homely. Highly recommend 十一。(eleven), 小虎，木木，云云 for taking care of every single request I have. 💛✨️ most definitely choosing iseya hotels in every city I go to.

Comfortable and near to city walk taikooli.
Pros:

Thanks Leilei 蕾蕾 for the service. The staffs are polite and efficient. You can call food delivery and they will send your food directly to your doorstep. The loft suite provided the washer cum with dryer, facilities are superb. The cleaner is also very considerate and provided me with a glasses cloth.

Cons:

Need to be cautious when using the staircase.
