Cuarto muy pequeño para el precio por noche
Tienen muy buena atención con sus huéspedes, las instalaciones son modernas, la cama es muy cómoda. La habitación es bastante limpia y agradable, con jacuzzi funcional con agua caliente. Tienen buena ubicación, al lado del hotel hay un Oxxo. Sin embargo es un poco alejado del centro pero igual se puede llegar caminando por la quinta avenida la cual es segura.
Que está un poco alejado del centro y no había bicicletas para acercarse más rápido al centro. Además no siempre está abierto el rooftop pero te puedes acercar a la recepción y te lo abren

What breakfast? Location is best part
Repair requests to shower were not responded to. Maid service was only available for a very brief time during the day and could not accommodate times outside this window. Front desk staff screaming at you from 1 floor below. Construction taking place on roof top during the day that caused noise in the rooms all day. Staff was indifferent and provided no notification.
What can I say that I haven’t already the senses is our favourite in playa. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, the staff goes over and above to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast has many options and most of all great location on 5th ave. Yes it can get slightly noisy from the street but that’s 5th ave it’s a busy street you got to expect some noise.
The room was clean, smelled nice, and the bed was huge and comfortable. The bathtub was amazing, we do love that, loved the double sink and double shower. The staff was always friendly. The location is good, and you have everything close. For a couple is a 10/10 to be honest.
Sometimes they didn't have towels for the beach (yes, they have those at the reception). Everything else was amazing.
Gostei principalmente do conforto e da localização — ambos fizeram toda a diferença na experiência.

Nice jacuzzi, but if you are tall, it’s only suitable for one person.
Great hotel, very clean and well maintained. Adults only so no kid noises. Most things worked well however at peak times there was very low water pressure in the shower and sink. T.V. did not always have working channels and none of the channels were in English. Staff was amazing and very very friendly. The hotel had a great location that empties out onto 5th ave. in Playa Del Carmen.

Camera e bagno grandi, abbiamo richiesto una stanza silenziosa e ci hanno assegnato una stanza sull’intero che effettivamente era molto silenziosa, pur trovandosi l’hotel sulla quinta avenida, posizione ottima, comodissimo stare sulla via pedonale dove c’è tutto, c’era anche un drink offerto al bar sul rooftop, lo staff gentile e disponibile, ci riempivano la borraccia tutti i giorni su richiesta e ci hanno indicato un contatto per i tour e le escursioni
Ci è piaciuto ma l’unica cosa è che wc e doccia sono separati dal resto da due porte di vetro trasparente che quindi non dà privacy, devi essere molto in confidenza con il compagno di stanza, basterebbe opacizzare il vetro o attaccare una pellicola
