Booked a Deluxe Room through Booking.com for 2 nights. After changing my dates, I was informed that the Deluxe Room was unavailable and had to pay an additional ₹1,200 for an Executive Room. Upon arrival, I also discovered that the hotel does not accept card payments, which would have been useful to know in advance.

As a foreign traveler, the experience was disappointing. I was initially checked into Room 301, but the AC was not cooling properly. The staff member who came to inspect it kept insisting that the AC was working fine rather than addressing the issue. I was later informed that a technician would be sent, but instead I was moved to Room 101.

Room 101 was noticeably smaller than Room 301, despite being described as the same Executive Room category. As a result, it felt like I paid an extra ₹1,200 for an Executive Room but was ultimately accommodated in a room that appeared to be of a lower category.

On a positive note, the morning receptionist lady was polite, professional, and helpful. Apart from the room-related issues, the rest of the stay was ok.

Stayed at Perfectstayz Premium @Harkipauri Road and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Staff was polite, helpful, and always available for support. The location is very convenient near Har Ki Pauri and railway station, which made traveling easy. Rooftop view and food were also amazing. Overall, a great stay with good service and value for money. Highly recommended for family visiting Haridwar! ✨🙏

A hotel, with excellent service, well-maintained facilities, and amazing food. The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay. The only downside is the high cost of transportation, so it’s better to come with your own vehicle. A special mention to Karan, who takes great care of the property and ensures guests have a pleasant experience.

The room was large but shabby with a stale smell. On top of that AC stopped working. The maintenance of the room and toilet is poor.
