Cons:

I booked like around 1:00 p.m. or so and got there at 11:00 p.m. they said my room was booked and that they had no space, And they charged me still and I was forced to stay at motel 8 employees were not helpful and I called the manager and he was rude and no help at all

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my 54 years of life.
Pros:

It was a last minute reservation with availability

Cons:

Everything else. Room was dirty. Used towels were on the floor and there were no fresh ones available. Bed was not made up. Looked like someone had just left the room and no one came to clean it. Furniture was very outdated. Refrigerator looked like they got it in the 70's.

Terrible Stay
Pros:

Nothing. The room had roaches and the tolilet moved whenever i sat down on it. Completely unstable.

Cons:

Everything. Staff was rude. Manager would not issue me a refund. Terrible will never stay here again

Great Housekeeper, the only great thing about this place

We only liked Maria the housekeeper.

Cons:

She was very nice and always acknowledged us with a good morning and a smile. She was always cleaning and did it while smiling.

I was charged twice and then told by your company that I couldn't have a refund. But was messaged and said I would get a refund because something went wrong with the baby and then it was taken off my card . anyway . So it was paid online and in person
