Entäuschend
Pros:

Schönes Panorama vom Pool oder beim Frühstück. Entsafter beim Frühstücksbuffet. Bushaltestelle um nach Annecy zu fahren nur 5min entfernt.

Cons:

Komische Geräusche Abends evt von der Klimaanlage, die aber aus war. Geräuschkulisse von den anderen Zimmern. Vorhänge die nicht gut abdunkeln. Unaufmerksame Mitarbeiter zb beim Frühstück wurden wir an einen Tisch mit nur einem Gedeck geschickt, haben dann drinnen nach einer zweite. Tasse gefragt und uns wurde gesagt am Tisch, was wir verneint haben. Besteck etc mussten wir uns dann auch selbst besorgen. Bei der Poolbar hatten 3 vor mir wegen einer Reservierung ein Thema, zwei Mitarbeiter haben sich um die Gruppe gekümmert, anstatt das sich einer um mich bemüht. Dann waren die endlich weg und ich wurde überrascht angeschaut, dass ich was bestellen möchte. Am Pool haben andere Leute ihre handtücher zurück gelassen und somit stundenlang zwei der wenigen liegen blockiert - das ist auch keinem aufgefallen. Unklare regelung bzgl der Liegen - auf einem Schild stand man muss reservieren. Alle Nachrichten vom Hotel kommen auf französisch, was nicht jeder spricht. Die Anzahlung für die erste Nacht um die Reservierung zu sichern sollte auf Booking klarer ersichtlich sein und die Email sollte auch auf Englisch sein.

Prachtige lokatie, heerlijk relaxen.
Pros:

De kamer met het fantastische uitzicht over het meer.
Rust rond het zwembad.
Het ontbijt buiten onder de luifel.

Cons:

Krappe parkeermogelijkheden,
Luidruchtige airco.

Pros:

Confortable, bien situe, le personnel est tres gentil. Le diner a l'ouvr boite etait tres bon !
L'accès direct au lac est top !

Cons:

This hotel thinks it is much better than it is. The location is the only reason to stay there. Room was very small, and the air conditioner was noisy and leaked water. The restaurant food is of high quality, however it took 3 hours to be served three courses. Staff very good at avoiding eye contact and walking quickly away. Despite how good the restaurant feels it is, the waiter was surprised when we asked for a list of wines by the bottle (there were 4 of us) rather than by the glass. Of ten hotels we booked for our trip to France, it was the only one that demanded payment for the room at time of booking. Frankly, disappointing.

Le bon hôtel pour découvrir Annecy
Pros:

Tout était parfait durant notre séjour.
L’appartement était propre, confortable et très bien situé.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, la situation, le calme des lieux et les magnifiques terrasses de l'hôtel, Les terrasses jardin de nos chambres, l'accès à la base Nautique, les 2 restaurants

Globalement bien mais personnel de service souvent trop stressés

Cons:

Discrimination parce que j’ai demandé à fume un cigare dans l’espace fumeur de cigarettes
Pas d’alternative proposé pat l’hôtel, je l’ai trouvé moi même et j’ai fumé mon cigare à l’hôtel

Great place for a family, great pedestrian and biking route along the lake
Pros:

Great location, with big terrace and pool area, very good breakfast

Cons:

Staff was not available(barely seen) at the outdoor area. Terrace was probably not yet fully ready for the spring season (old leaves, uncleaned surfaces on outdoor stairs, furniture)

Overall a lovely stay and everything you need to enjoy Annecy!
Pros:

The hotel was beautiful and the location was especially good.

Cons:

Rooms were a little basic for the price, and the amenities needed a little TLC. Staff were lovely and helpful but seemed to be short-staffed and service was a little slow.

It was a wonderful stay in a fantastic location. I would stay at this hotel again but request a room on a lower floor.
Pros:

Location was stunning. Staff very helpful and friendly. Facilities excellent, with 2 restaurants offering good quality food and drinks and beautiful spa areas

Cons:

Being on the top floor of 4 floors which being the loft area meant this couldn’t be serviced by the lift.
