Perfection by the lake
Pros:

This is a dreamy place. Everything was perfect; we loved hanging out around the pool and sipping drinks. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the lake.

Cons:

A minibar in the rooms would be appreciated.

Very disappointed and paying way too much for the room.

The location overlooking the lake. The staff and the gardens.

Cons:

The room was abysmal. Yes it had a good lake view but it was the size of a cupboard but did not contain any cupboards for your clothes or belongings. Not even a bed headboard. More of a hostel room than luxury hotel. Pity those people with the ‘forest view’ which means busy road and car park. Massively overpriced. Look elsewhere. There is a newer annex but we stayed in the original area. Perhaps there rooms are better.

Pros:

L'hôtel est bien situé face au lac et prêt de la piste cyclable.
Le petit déjeuner est correct mais le prix de 19 € est abusé ; il faut du reste composer avec la présence de guêpes sur la terrasse qui dissuade de s'y attarder.
La vue sur le lac est belle si l'on accepte la lutte contre les insectes.
La chambre bien qu'exiguë est confortable pour des non clostrophobes.
Les terrasses extérieures avec piscine et sofas sont très bien mais exigent de cohabiter avec une musique rythmée omniprésente qui dissuade toute relaxation y compris dans l'espace sérénité.
La climatisation fonctionne bien en chambre.

Cons:

L'accueil à la réception est digne d'un guichet SNCF.
Alors que les jours précédents notre arrivée nous avons été pilonné de mail avec renseignements sur les raisons, les points d'intérêts etc, nous avons eu un accueil tout a fait impersonnel.

La réservation gratuite de la chambre, qui avait été réservée par Booking avec annulation gratuite jusqu'à quelques jours avant l'arrivée, n'a pas été respectée puisqu'en janvier on a exigé le paiement de la moitié.
A l'arrivée dans l'hôtel, le réceptionniste, qui ne quittait pas son écran des yeux, s'est empressé d'encaisser la totalité des nuitées et de nous orienter dans notre chambre.

Au départ on nous a facturé les petits déjeuners avec la taxe de séjour en nous ponctionnant au passage d'une nuitée qui avait déjà été perçue en janvier.
Il y a eu remboursement mais cela est désagréable de devoir faire la démarche.
L'hôtel est du reste daté avec une réhabilitation correct dans les espaces communs mais plutôt bricolée dans la chambre que nous occupions.

L'ascenseur du style " René Coty" est très étroit et pratiquement toujours occupé. Il gagnerait à bénéficier d'un bon nettoyage surtout l'éclairage plafonnier et d'un coup de peinture.

Pour un prix 245€ la nuit sans la taxe de séjour cet établissement n'est pas à la hauteur de l'attente.
Le personnel indifférent et peu soucieux des clients laisse à penser que personne ne le dirige vraiment.

Small hotel feel with genuine French food in a beautiful location!
Pros:

The hotel exceeded our expectations and was exactly what we needed after a long, exhausting drive and a full day exploring Annecy. We were extremely happy with our stay.

The location in Sévrier, just outside Annecy, is excellent, especially if you want to enjoy the lake while staying somewhere a little quieter than the center.

The absolute highlight was the breakfast with its outstanding view over Lake Annecy. It was a wonderful way to start the day.

Our kids especially loved the beautiful, warm swimming pool — probably their favorite pool of the entire trip through France!

The rooms have air conditioning and exterior shutters/blinds, which can be closed automatically to keep the room cool and dark, especially at night.

Overall, we really enjoyed this property and would happily come back again and again. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only real downside for us was that the rooms are somewhat small. However, this is understandable in such a popular and high-density area around Annecy, where space comes at a premium.

The owners have clearly made the most of the available space, and I don't blame them for that. Considering everything else the property offers, the room size was a relatively minor issue for us.

De tuin en het zwembad waren héérlijk. Ontbijt ook goed en vriendelijk personeel. Lopend in 45 min centrum via mooi wandelpad.

Cons:

Het hotel zelf is - naast schoon - wel erg gedateerd en daarom vonden we de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding niet helemaal kloppen.

La posizione della struttura. Sevrier è vicina ad Annecy ma risulta più tranquilla e dotata di buoni servizi. La colazione dell’hotel è eccellente

La piscina risulta molto affollata in quanto aperta anche ad esterni, circostanza che rende quasi impossibile trovare un lettino libero. Anche il parcheggio può essere un problema all’ora di aperitivo e cena per lo stesso motivo

Mi nem a szállodában szálltunk meg, hanem a szállodához tartozó Annex apartmanban. Ez egy új építésű társasházban van néhány percre a hoteltől. Saját garázs, új lakás , jól felszerelt konyha. Nagy terasz, kilatással. Nagyon tetszett. Egyszer mentunk át a hotelbe, vacsorázni, az finom volt.
