I HAVE THE BOOKING.COM VOUCHER WHERE ITS CLEARLY MENTION THAT YOUR BOOKING IS CONFIRMED STILL THEY DFIDNT GIVE US ROOMS EVEN THEY HAVENT ENTERTAINED US. WE HAVE TO BOOK ANOTHER HOTEL FOR STAY. REALLY ITS PATHETIC EVEN MORE THAN PATHETIC. STAFF BEHAVIOUR WERE PATHETIC. Very rude older man on reception, made me feel most unwelcome. Bed sheets gad holes in them, curtains hanging off the rail, door missing on wardrobe, toilet bowl never seen a brush, windows grimy. Not at all as expected.

Like the staff but not hotel... hotel was dirty ..no ventilation ... no proper hygiene... bedsheet have marks everywhere... no toiletries no towel.. nothing given... 3500 for one night is a large amount
