Pros:

De onvoorstelbare vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van gastvrouw Carolina.

Cons:

De kamers zijn perfect maar heel donker doordat de ramen uitgeven op een lichtkoker. En deze geeft rechtstreeks uit op de ontbijtzaal beneden waardoor we op onze kamer op de eerste verdieping elk gesprek beneden woordelijk konden volgen. Grote delen van de dag was er dus geluidsoverlast. Om te slapen zetten we de ventilator aan om de geluiden te dempen. De kussenslopen zijn te klein en sluiten niet aan de zijkant waardoor je een deel van de nacht op het kussen slaapt. Dat is niet hygiënisch!

El desayuno y el que los encargados esten atentos a lo que requeriamos, así mismo el poder tomar tours desde el hotel.

En una de las habitaciones se fue el servicio de tv por cable un día antes de mi salida y no pudieron solucionar ello.

The bed is comfortable and we slept nicely but the room is pretty basic.

Cons:

The location is a bit towards the end of the town. No air conditioning, no shelves or wardrobe to put clothes, no balcony, only a window that opens to the ventilation area of the building.

Excelente alojamiento para tus vacaciones en la playa.
Pros:

El edificio es nuevo. La habitación es amplia, el baño excelente, la ducha es perfecta. En nuestro caso, doble pulmon de edificio para ventilación, con puerta a patio interno pequeño. Buen gusto en la decoración y ambientación. Lugar en la vereda para aparcar el vehiculo. Barrio muy seguro y tranquilo, no se escucha nada de noche, se descansa muy bien. El lugar donde sirven el desayuno es muy espacioso, tiene baños y un pequeño jardin interno. Lo mejor del establecimiento es la atención de Carolina, que siempre está con la mejor sonrisa y predisposición. Nos resolvió las excursiones y entradas a las Islas Ballestas y Reserva y tambien nos simplificó el tema del lavado de ropa. Nos recomendó lugares para comer y hasta lugar en Ica para Hospedarnos y excursiones. Realmente Carolina fue una excelente anfitriona, administra el lugar de la mejor forma.

Cons:

Agregaría fruta al desayuno.

Degelijk familie hotel dat klanten heel graag helpt.
Pros:

Nieuw en rustig gelegen familie hotel met heel vriendelijke en hulpvaardige eigenares.

Cons:

Jammer dan de eigenares enkel Spaans spreekt, Engels spreken om de klanten te woord te staan zou een enorme vooruitgang opleveren.
