Prachtige setting, dichtbij alles maar buiten de drukte. Mooie, goed uitgeruste kamer, uitstekende keuken en heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Huge room, comfy bed and great team.
Pros:

Huge room and comfy bed! Lovely warm welcome with juice, an upgrade and a cool towel. It wasn't too far to walk round the lake and into the city and the views were simply stunning. The complimentary breakfast had plenty of variation and all the team were so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Just a thing to note is that the hotel doesn't have a bar and beer and wine are the only options but the wine is by the bottle. It was fine for us but could catch some visitors off gaurd.

Pros:

This hotel is incredible value, huge rooms, walking distance to the sacred tooth temple, beautiful views over the lake. They even upgraded my room to a lake view.

Nice location, get lake view
Pros:

The location was walking distance to lake and restaurants, the room was spacious with sofa lounge area and nice bathroom. Breakfast was buffet with options and eggs to order. Staff was fabulous throughout.

Cons:

Pool was underwhelming in an uninspiring setting. Our first room with forest view faced the road and was noisy despite double doors. We moved to back facing room overlooking the lake which was much better.

Perfect Hotel for family room options in a perfect location for Kandy Centre.
Pros:

Loved this hotel and a perfect location for the tooth temple being only a 5 minute walk away. Was also only a 15 minute walk back from the Esala Perhala festival that we came to Kandy for as could cut along the river. The mezzanine room lake view was perfect for the us with the 2 children and not too noisy as away from the road side. The breakfast and dinners were all great and really reasonable prices. The coffee shop was pricier but really nice to have this facility on site. The staff were all ever so friendly. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing apart from not understanding why so many hotels in Sri Lanka have single use plastic shampoo and shower gel. Please can they all make an effort to move to refill large bottles…….

Perfect in all ways!
Pros:

Absolutely perfect location to visit the Temple of the Tooth (200 meter walk). The hotel itself is very comfortable and clean. The staff is so kind. A wonderful stay!

Perfect accommodation from which to explore Kandy
Pros:

We had a suite on the top floor of the hotel. It was amazing. The views across the lake were spectacular. We ate at the hotel and apart from some blackouts that affected the whole region, our experience was excellent. The staff were let on that it was a member of our party's birthday and they presented him with cake at breakfast which was great. This hotel is in excellent proximity to the Lake, Kandy, and nearby temples. A great base from which to explore

Cons:

Really, nothing. Both families were very happy with our suites.
