Not exactly as on the picture.
Its more 3 star hotel than 4, to be honest if i will knew reality i would not book. All not super modern need some lift . Hotel not directly next to lake there are buildings.There is school which make noice morning plus roads . The biggest disappointment breakfast- there is no buffet like most of hotels.. just you can choose way of eggs, bakerys juice small plate of fruit tea coffee thats eat. What with people not eating eggs? If they want a la cart at least should be more options some cheese, ham , veggies or whatever.

The laundry service is expensive and you need to count the pieces. At the end we found a place around the corner cheaper and easy they just take the bag

This hotel enjoys an excellent location in the heart of Kandy, just a short walk from the city’s most iconic attractions, including the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and Kandy Lake. It is also within walking distance of the Kandy Lake Club, which hosts popular evening cultural dance performances, as well as the Kandy City Centre shopping mall.
We stayed in the Family Suite, which offered great views of the surrounding hills and Kandy Lake from its private balcony. The layout was perfect for our family of four, featuring a comfortable double bed on the main level and two single beds in the loft area that the children thoroughly enjoyed. The suite also included a small kitchenette, a cozy living area with a sofa and television, and ample space to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The in-room dining menu offered a good selection of dishes, and service was consistently prompt and efficient. Breakfast was enjoyable, although the variety of options was somewhat limited.
Overall, we found this hotel to offer excellent value for money. Its central location, spacious family-friendly accommodation, and convenient amenities make it an ideal choice for travelers who wish to explore Kandy on foot while enjoying a comfortable stay.
During our stay, the swimming pool was under maintenance and, even otherwise, did not appear particularly inviting. At checkout, the credit card payment machine was not functioning, so we had to settle our in-room dining charges in cash, which was somewhat inconvenient.
Additionally, the rooms could benefit from better soundproofing. Noise from neighboring rooms may be an issue for guests seeking a quieter stay, especially if adjacent rooms are occupied by louder groups or families.

Wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel, Staff is extremely helpful, room is clean and spacious, views from room to the Kandy lake are magnificent, and the best part of this hotel is the restaurant, we had B&B, breakfast was excellent with decent variety, we had dinner and the food was just perfect, seafood salad,fried calamari and seafood Tempura, food was so delicious and very reasonably priced noting that we were given also a 15% discount with our booking for food and drinks, after dinner we had a blueberry cheese cake from the hotel connected cafe and it was also perfect.
I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Kandy as the hotel is a very short walk from Kandy lake

All was very good and pieceful
The family suite was large with double bed and further two beds in balcony. It was in walking distance from the centre of kandy. The staff as always were helpful and friendly.
The hotel is a great stopover hotel but in my opinion not a holiday hotel. I really missed a community area such as a bar or lounge. It does have a swimming pool but its in basement but you end up just being stuck in bedroom.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the stay was amazing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a stunning view. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everything was perfect, and I truly enjoyed my experience here. Highly recommended!
We had a terrible experience on airport transport service they send inexperienced driver who got lost and we ended up in airport again to find private driver. Lost more than 2 hours to reach hotel and they were sensing message for late arrival charges. Absolute dissatisfaction
It wasnt clean, had other’s hair everywhere including towels. Has the same hair issue in breakfast which was fixed menu not a buffet. I wasnt hoping a prime service for such price but prices were not high for Kandy anyway.
