A estadia foi muito agradável, confortável e divertida, o apartamento é bem bonito e funcional.
Pros:

Bom atendimento dos anfitriões e na portaria, excelente localização, camas confortáveis e cobertas quentinhas, cozinha bem equipada.

Cons:

O banheiro poderia ter barras de segurança e a ducha higiênica estava com um pequeno vazamento, precisou ser deixada dentro do box ou fechar o registro para não molhar o banheiro. O quarto com a cama de solteiro e a bicama muito apertado, para sair da cama principal o hóspede que estava na bicama tinha que levantar, além da cama ser muito alta. Mas foram questões que foram contornadas. Ah, e quando fizemos o checkout, não pudemos voltar para usar o restaurante do local, facilitaria bastante se esse acesso fosse permitido.

Apartamento bem localizado, prédio seguro, bem decorado, limpo, novo. Tem garagem inclusa na estadia. No prédio tem restaurante com café da manhã, almoço e jantar, salão de beleza, lavanderia Omo e mercadinho.

Pros:

This is a beautiful little apartment. We'll appointed, clean and comfortable. The pool and basketball court were a hit with our little ones. Security is excellent and on-site parking makes life very easy.

Cons:

The check in process was a little confusing as there seem to be multiple ways to book apartments in this block. Probably some bits list in translation too as my Portuguese is limited. The communication via booking.com was clear - just be sure to show the message when you are checking in.
