Alt, fikk ikke hjelpen jeg trengte. Jeg ga beskjed om at jeg kun sov ei natt og selv om jeg hadde betalt for to netter så måtte jeg dra derfra, og ville få refusjon for andre natta, drev sendte mld ringte, null svar. Måtte derfor bestille annet hotell

Nothing perfect for a budget break centre

No me gustó que prometen limpieza a diario y no lo han cumplido. Nos metieron en un sótano con unas vistas a un lugar que parecía una pocilga. La ducha sucia y llena de pelos, se inundaba todo el rato. La mampara sin limpiar desde hace mucho tiempo. El olor de la habitación asqueroso. Todo sucio, humedad por las paredes y el suelo. La moqueta sucia cuando llegamos y no la limpiaron ni un solo día. La habitación demasiado pequeña para ser para 3. Hemos reclamado una habitación mejor no nos han contestado. Muy muy mal, se nota que solo quieren recibir el dinero y ya, 0 cuidado a las personas que se hospedan. También los de arriba hicieron una fiesta hasta las 3 de la mañana en la habitación de arriba con la música a tope y como no había nadie del personal en el hotel no se cayaron.

Solo que es pequeño pero pues es londres es normal por los precios

La habitación estaba muy sucia, el código de la puerta no funcionaba, el baño estaba sucio todos los días a todas horas y era imposible asearse en condiciones.

No reception, one of the rooms wasn't ready when we checked in. Dirty facility, no enough toilets paper and not suitable for the value of the money.

No me gusto nada todo sucio yo reservé habitación con baño privado y no había baño privado todo pesimo olia mal mucho ruido ventanas rotas

The room was awfull!! The worst acommodation we have ever had! It was in the basement, with dirty walls and dirty carpet, stincky, the window could not be opened, the window faced an inside courtyard about 2m long and 1m wide, very ugly and dirty, full of garbage, at the minus one level (basement), where the sewage water was let free running from the upper apartments, whenever someone used the shower or sink, the water was pouring in the courtyard, next to our room window, with a big noise. The walls were very thin, you could hear all sounds from the neighbours, we could not sleep because of the big noise coming from the flats where people were up during the night.

To spend money on a hotel and not actually have any way of

TODO EL RESTO... SUCIO (TOALLAS LIMPIAS PERO MOQUETA, MUEBLES, PUERTAS, ETC... MUY MUY SUCIO), CARO, MOBILIARIO ROTO E INCLUSO DESTROZADO, CLAUSTOFÓBICO (PARA SENTARTE EN EL BAÑO, TENIAS QUE DEJAR LA PUERTA ABIERTA XQ NO CABEN LAS PIERNAS), COLCHONES SUPER ESTROPEADOS DONDE ES IMPOSIBLE DORMIR XQ TE CLAVAS LOS MUELLES. FUIMOS 4 PERSONAS PARA DOS NOCHES Y TRAS PASAR EL SUFRIMIENTO DE LA PRIMERA, NOS CAMBIAMOS DE HOTEL. PUSIMOS UNA QUEJA POR ESCRITO XQ NO TIENEN RECEPCION NI PERSONAL EN EL HOTEL, Y NOS HAN RESPONDIDO QUE SI TENEMOS ALGUNA QUEJA, QUE LOS LLAMEMOS (A UN TELEFONO INGLES). 125 EUROS POR NOCHE POR HABITACION EN UN HOTEL DE 3 ESTRELLAS, QUE NO LLEGA NI A PENSION DE MALA MUERTE. Y DE MOMENTO, NO VEMOS INTENCION DE QUE NO VAYAN AL DEVOLVER NI UN EURO (NI UNA LIBRA)
