LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA DE ESTANCIA DE MI VIDA

El hotel es tan terrible que da igual donde esté.

Resumen: NO OS DEJÉIS ENGAÑAR POR EL RPECIO. HORRIBLE!! He viajado a muchos lugares y me he alojado en muchos sitios, pero JAMÁS me había alojado en un lugar tan TERRIBLE. Nos cambiaron la habitación el mismo día vía sms a un sótano. Todo ok de no ser porque parecía el trastero del lugar. No hicieron la habitación en ningun momento. Te dejan 3 noches con la cama sin hacer, la misma toalla a no ser que pidas, que entonces te dejan las anteriores mas las nuevas. Todo sucio, viejo, ventilador roto, las camas incomodísimas. AH!! Intentaron entrar en la habitación unas personas a la 1am de la noche!!! Nadie te grantiza ningun tipo de seguridad!! No tenéis vergüenza ninguna!!!

How near to coach station it was

We arrived friday lunchtime, had to ask for fresh towels and replenish the milk and tea bags on saturday, left the monday had not received any daily housekeeping, clean towels or bedding and didnt remove dirty towels saturday or rubbish when contacting took over 12 hrs for a response

Clean bedding and towels. Good cold water in the tap. nice warm shower. The price for 5 nights is nearly £800.
6 teabags for 2 people / 5 mornings. The window has no lock. Unobtrusive staff service. Central location. Nice neighbours, concerned about the absence the fan in 35С heat.

Cons:

dirty toilet. non-closing shower door. Moldy walls near the beds. carpet with the smell of socks, full of garbage and hair. No fan when the weather was warm- 35C.

Worst booking experience of my life
Pros:

Nothing. I couldn't use my booking and they extorted me. I think it might be a fake hotel.

Cons:

No staff. Demanded sensitive personal information via WhatsApp before I could use it. This was not made clear up front. I did not provide info and therefore lost booking. Initiated chargeback via credit card and won as they refused to refund. Vermin.

Ottima posizione ma piccolo e sporco
Pros:

Posizione perfetta, zona bella, con una passeggiata si arriva a Buckingham Palace o al Big Ben. La stanza affacciava sul retro ed era molto silenziosa.

Cons:

Check in automatico, nessuna reception. Il giorno della partenza ho dovuto chiamare 4 volte (spendendo oltre 30 euro in telefonate) per riuscire ad avere i codici per accedere. Pessima assistenza. La stanza piccolissima, bagno minuscolo con porta larga 50 cm (bisognava entrare di traverso) ma il vero problema è la moquette vecchia e davvero troppo sporca. Va bene per una o massimo 2 notti. Nessun piano di appoggio in bagno e vicino alla presa per ricaricare i telefoni. Basterebbe una mensolina libera. Servirebbero anche lucine tipo abatjour per poter leggere senza tenere accesa luce grande.
