Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful & friendly. Rooms spotless and breakfast was very good. Varied food each day. Convenient to restaurants & 3 minutes walk to supermarket.

Cons:

Liked everything & will return.

Fajny ale śmierdzi jedzeniem z restauracji obok i głośno od ulicy.
Pros:

Mieliśmy fajny apartament na 4 piętrze z widokiem na ocean. Dobre śniadania

Cons:

Obiekt położony przy dwóch restauracjach od godziny porannych nie dało się otworzyć okna bo śmierdziało wędzoną rybą i mięsem.

Pros:

We stayed in a comfortable apartment on the 4th floor. The balcony and the views were a real treat. The kitchen was well equipped for our basic needs and the bathroom was large. The staff was able to accommodate our late night arrival (12:00am) and welcomed us with a drink.
We appreciated the secure parking under the building as we wouldn't want to leave our rented car on the street.
The location was amazing for us as we didn't want to stay in the busy town. We were able to find great places in the neighborhood or walk towards the city centre.

Cons:

Nothing, this hotel met our expectations

Excellent value hotel
Pros:

Room was excellent. Kitchenette had everything I needed very clean and modern equipment. Comfy bed. Clean linen and towels. Good bathroom excellent shower very clean plenty of hot water. Spacious room with plenty of storage. Kettle and good hair dryer. My balcony overlooked road but did have side sea view at a distance. Pool small but clean I did not use due to bad weather. Sun deck with good sunbeds pool towels provided. Reception staff fine. Housekeeping did exceptional job room spotless. Did not take breakfast but breakfast room looked bright and modern. Small lobby area with book swap. Good location 20 mins walk to centre Funchal plenty of buses. Large supermarket 5 mins walk away and Lido pools. Plenty of bars and restaurants in vicinity. Exterior of hotel good do with renovation it does not give a first impression or reflect the interior. I would happily stay again.

Cons:

Exterior look of hotel. TV did not have signal on any channel.

Clean comfortable friendly stay!
Pros:

Clean comfortable stay. Great location just outside Funchal main centre (approx 15 mins walk) pool facilities are good and there is parking in the basement - let them know in plenty of time that you need a space. Staff are friendly and breakfast is great.

Cons:

The balconies face the road which is quite loud. However the roof terrace with the pool is peaceful and quiet (there is a ‘honesty’ bar on rooftop also where you can buy alcohol)

Gutes Hotel mit ein paar defiziten

Cons:

Ich hatte im Vorfeld einen parkplatz beim Hotel reserviert als wir ankahmen wurde uns gesagt das alle parkplätze vergeben waren. Anscheinend ist die reservierung verlohren gegangen. Die Reaktion des Personals fand ich unangemessen keine Entschuldigung nichts eher die Aussage es ist schon alles reserviert da können wir nichts machen. Ich habe eine ernsthaften Versucht vermisst eine Lösung zu finden. Darüber hinaus wäre die garege sehr enge gewesen. Mussten schlussendlich an der straße parken wo die parksituation eher schwierig ist

Der frühstücksraum befindet sich im Keller und hat eher das Ambiente einer Bahnhofshalle obwohl das frühstück selbst sehr gut ist
